None of those guys won a single round against Tyson. To say Wlad has a chance based on guys going the distance with Tyson - who didn't win a SINGLE round - is the height of lunacy.

    Only on Planet Klitschko...

    So what are you claiming?

Are you saying Tyson was a complete fraud?

I think that is a credible stance but not one that I subscribe to. Considering he lost many of his biggest fights you can certainly make a case that he was a hype job. I just don't believe that to be the case.

I think he was past it in most of his losses.

I think Tyson was a force in his prime and based on that I do think he'd break Wlad down and stop him.

And BTW - Purrity, Sanders and Brewster had no problems mopping the floor with Wlad - and those three are certainly on Green's level...

And exactly who Tyson beat, who was not a lightweight and was 40+ older?
Tyson lose to big guys and his cardio goes away after 6-7 rounds. Klitschko will tire him even quickly.
Klitschko is 20-30 pounds heavier then Tyson, and thats pure muscle.
Tyson will feel every punch Klitschko throw, and Klitschko have the speed and power to KO Tyson.
I dont see what exactly Tyson will do in the clinch/inside. What he do against Holy or Lennox, no matter he was old, he was there in the clinch, and do absolutely nothing.
Also fact speak for themself, Klitschko never lose to a guy who is below 1,88.

i think a prime Tyson has the style to beat Wlad, although it would be a hard fight. I don't buy into Wlad having a glass chin, I think his chin is quite good, however he'd have a hard time keeping Tyson at bay.

As for the peeps saying Tyson is too small, must remember speed and timing is a killer.

I'd say by about the 8th round they both slow and I'd pick Tyson in the 10th or on points.

Brewster never floored Wlad. Against Purrity, Wlad was collapse, that was his 25 fight in 24 months. Sanders destroy Klitschko, but still only TKO him, and there was anvil headbutts, he hit him with hooks and on the other side, he hit with his head. Watch the match carefully. 7-8 headbutt in Wlad face. The cut comes exactly from there.
And what in the blue hell Tyson have in common with Sanders ?

The FACT of the matter is, Tyson has beaten legitimately ATG fighters.

Again I ask, exactly what ATG has Wlad beaten?

Exactly who ? :D 40 years old Holmes probably?
So if Klitschko decide to pay to Ali, Lewis, Holyfield, Holmes or some ATG a plenty of money, just to come fight him, and he beat them, no matter how old they are, then he have a win over ATG?
The truth is, Tyson was simply beat and replaced by better fighter in the face of Holyfield and Lennox. Tyson could never come back, could never improve, and he have plenty of times to do it. Klitschko was beat, but he comeback, improve and become better and stronger then ever. He was beat, but not replaced. This is the fact.

For crying out loud. Neither guy beat anyone who was exactly like the other one.
Tyson never beat anyone with Wlad's combination of size and ability. Wlad never beat anyone with Tysons combination of speed, power, aggression, elusiveness etc.
Wlad lost to guys worse than Tyson, Tyson lost to guys worse than Wlad.
Both looked very impressive/dominant/nearly unbeatable in their primes.

That's the question I keep asking.

Wlad takes the sting out of Mike, tires him out by taking him into the last third of the fight - leaning on him, grabbing, pushing - and eventually knocks him out.

You can't really use examples of Wlad getting beat as citation for how the fight would go - quite obviously that wasn't prime Wlad in those fights.

Wlad's abilities better suited to fighting Tyson than Tyson's are to fighting Wlad's, in my opinion.
