    Not that i'm a Classic calibre poster so go easy on mi cheps.... but how can y'all have a guy of whom there's no recorded fight footage as the GOAT?

    Isnt that a bit like believing in the tooth fairy?

    Agreed, it's the hipsters/followers that want to sound like they're educated boxing fans, but in reality they just come off as idiots since they haven't actually watched these guys.

    I was pointing out how stupid it is to have fighters like Tyson and Mayweather on any ATG list. And I don't know what the **** you're talking about with respect to my math skills. They were good enough to get me through university and for me to run an accounting business for 20+ years so they can't be all that bad.

    The only thing I'm gleaming from this thread is the stupidity of chatting with kids like you.

    You're one to talk. You said Pascal showed improvement under RJJ, and that Stevenson would beat Kovalev. You also have Mayweather above SRL, Whitaker, Hagler, and Louis. You have no credibility whatsoever.

    You just come off as a snobby hipster that thinks you're above everyone. Look at your original post, you were extremely condescending, and you exaggerate things like a child. You claimed that I forgot 99.99% of boxers, yet I had 50% of the boxers on the list you provided on mine. Learn some basic math please.

    Sure they do, just like you they dont know **** about it. They're too busy trying to credit guys they've never seen.
    I've explained that Tyson resume wise is not an ATG, but I include ability/skills, and resume, and when you factor all three if you know a lick about boxing he is clearly a top 10 ATG. Floyd has been undefeated for 49 fights, has taken on all comers, and is arguably the most skilled defensive fighter of all time. Before you bring up some Pep bs realize that, Floyd is 10000x more advanced. Skill/Ability/Resume Floyd is top 3. Resume alone since his era was much weaker than others he's probably not even a top 10.
