another unranked fighter. Will Wilder fight a rematch with Sconiers? He ducked Jennings as well and definitely Thompson............Wilder said he would fight Fury next and then Vlad, well, Fury is fighting Hammer next, Vlad is fighting Jennings.............Wilder will just sit on the paper title for a long time. Vlad would have fought Wilder, but Wilder refused. Vlad would have fought Fury, but instead Fury is fighting Hammer. It appears that Wilder lied to the fans. Fury did not want to fight his mandatory because his mandatory is Vlad.

Why did Wilder make more money than Stiverne?

How did Wilder get ranked #1 WBC without fighting a ranked fighter?

Why didn't Stiverne have a rematch clause like Lewis, Vlad and so many other fighters do? It appears that everything was done on Wilder's terms. Stiverne would be an easy knockout for either Vitali or Vlad. Wish Vitali could make a come back and force Wilder to fight him, he has that right, he is Emeritus...............

Vlad will fight Wilder if Wilder will get into a ring with him, but Wilder knows better, he got his butt kicked in sparring Vlad for the Wach fight, beaten from one side of the ring to the other. Wilder knows this. It's easy for a boxer to run his mouth, but getting into the ring with a good fighter is another thing. I don't think Wilder will ever fight Vlad and really doubt if he will fight Fury, but one thing is for sure, both Wilder and Fury are afraid to fight Vlad................they say they want that fight and then refuse to do such...........remember, Vlad wants to fight Wilder very badly, he wants Vitali's title......................

Wlad-Jennings fight was announced on the same day of Wilder-Stiverne, so Wilder never refused Wlad, I don't know where you get that idea. Before Stiverne fight Wilder had said he wanted to fight Jennings after Stiverne but now Jennings is scheduled for Wlad so he's not available either.

There might be Wilder - Fury sometime this year, he never rejected that fight either. It's been only a few weeks since he won the belt, give the guy a break before going all offensive on him. If he doesn't fight anyone of significance until September, you can whine all you want.

Wilder said, live on TV, that he would fight Fury next, then Vlad...........instead of Jennings, Vlad would have loved to have fought Wilder next. Fury is Vlad's mandatory, yet Fury will be fighting Hammer instead. Fury could have had a fight lined up with Vlad and so could Wilder.................I really doubt that Wilder will ever fight Vlad or Fury. I suggest Wilder fight Wach next, but he is too big for him, has a rock chin, hits very hard.....................

That's simply not true. Wlad could have waited for the WBC fight and make a public unification offer to Wilder if he wanted to fight him and put him in a position of fight or duck - he didn't. He picked the safest opponent, Jennings, while he could fight Wilder, Fury or a rematch with Povetkin. Moreover Wlad's actually considering to fight Briggs after Jennings. Wlad is on his way to retiring, possibly later this year.

As I said, Wilder-Fury is a possibility, and I expect to see it later this year.

Let's not overlook the fact that Wilder has been offered 10 millions for fighting Povetkin, and he just refused it. :nut

Plus he has said he doesn't want to fight Wlad in 2015.

Let the holding the belt hostage for fear begin! :happy

Wasn't surprised that Wladimir wasn't mentioned at all in the post fight press conference of Wladimir vs Stiverne.

Also Frank ****** tried to negogiote fury to fight wlad straight away when jennings pulled out, but wlads team offered fury's side peanuts apparently, an insult and obviously not a serious offer ,so they didn't take it.

Let's hope one of them mans up this year. I will give Fury credit even if he takes a hiding off Wladimir but if he doesn't get in with him I'll stop being a fan. I don't think Wladimir has any reservations about fighting him as Fury has tried to make out.

Wlad's team will have to offer him x amount because he is a mando. Fury should just get in there if he is serious about winning the title.

If Wladimir had a history of being a ducker I would buy it but he paod over the odds to get Haye in the ring who many would argue beats Fury and Wilder. I'm not saying that myself but he is definitly on that level and Wladimir gave him a 50/50 deal.

Al Haymon is a parasite on boxing and blocks mega fights because he has no passion for the sport.

I remember watching the fight on Euro Sport and the amount Lepai got was over the odds something like 500,000 Euros at least. The WBO sanction what a mandatory gets it's about 25% of the over all purse which is a variable.

How long have you even been following boxing you arrogent little ****.

It's not like the champion can just throw s****s at a mandatory. The sanctioning body regulates the purse bids if a champion refuses to pay that amount they are stripped it's as simple as that.

Wladimir can't just turn around to Fury and say here's a tenna, David Haye ended up getting50% of the purse which was around £10,000,000.
