GGG is a good boxer, I will admit. BUT Canelo beats him!

Is this thread a troll job?

I really don't know if this guy is serious...how about Canelo ACTUALLY beats Lara before he worries about GGG

Beating up on TOMATO CANs makes Golovkin the "Real Deal"?

    LOL.

Stop smoking the crack. I can't wait until the Triple Duck grows a set and faces Ward. SOG brings an end to the Triple Duck hype machine...

Why should GGG fight Ward, and not Ward fight Kovalev? In that case Kovalev will end the Andre "the hype" Ward.

What does Kovalev have to do with the Triple Duck calling out the 168lb division?

And besides that, what does Kovalev have @ 175 that Ward would want? His paper titles? Kovalev needs to take care of business @ 175 first before even thinking about Ward...

It has everything to do. You are suggesting GGG should move up and fight the best of the division, Ward, right away. That goes the same with Ward, he can move up to LHW and fight Kovalev. Kovalev has proper titles, Ward can be a multi class champion by beating Kovalev instead of picking on a lower weight class fighter. It's exactly the same thing. GGG is as much of a hype for not fighting Ward, as Ward is for not fighting Kovalev.

Dude come on. Kovalev is clearly the man at 175. Adonis ducked. He don't want it.

Why don't you want this fight?

Ward vs Kovalev would be a great fight

    I want to see it

Golovkin called out everyone from 154-168 not named Andre Ward. The Triple Duck even signed to fight Baby Chavez @ 168.

No, it does not. Ward hasn't called out any 175lb'ers...

Stevenson is The Man @ 175 until he's beaten, moves up or retires. FACTS, learn to live with them...

I agree, it is a great fight - but I ask again - what does Kovalev have @ 175 that Ward would want? His paper titles?

GGG would stand in front of Canelo and come forward, two things El Piernas de Piedra absolutely needs to fight someone. But i see GGG busting Canelo up pretty good. He would take Canelo to a painful place Canelo has never been before.

    Nice man.

I agree. Canelo is a true warrior in the sense that he doesn't duck anyone.

I just am not a believer in his in the ring abilities.

I think he's done pretty well for his age and at this point in his career. Him, Ortiz, and Broner were 3 Gbp golden boys and of the 3 Canelo has proved the best. And he's still improving which is a good thing. At least no one can say they're being protected anymore, if anything, they're in with the big fish now. And because none of these exciting fighters aren't really known for their defense, an upset of Canelo down the road wouldn't surprise me. Maidana has better defense than these guys. He's done better than I expected.
