Not at all. i dont care about this fight. I think floyd probably gets a Majority decision. Im just laughing at the roid fans who cant appreciate an offensive buzzsaw and go crazy after 1 counter right hand. atsch

Floyd's style (pot-shotting) is simply not the kind that would "keep Pac at bay", at least not on his current level of agility in the ring.
I think at this point, we will see lots of circumstances wherein FMJ will have to resort to a high guard and "freeze" like he always does when an incoming opponent throws bombs at him.
Problem is, unlike his recent opponents, Pac doesn't come in in straight lines nor does he stay in the pocket long enough for FMJ to counter.
I believe, corrupt officiating notwithstanding, those exchanges will make the judges favor Pac more and give him 10-9's.

Believe me Pac will counter the hell out of FMJ and get the better of him if the latter tries his signature lunging jabs to the body, the only sure punch he can throw against someone who moves in the ring a lot and doesn't come in in straight lines.

Floyd is going to be outworked for the majority of this fight :deal

His only hope is for Manny to slow down after 6,7 rnds like the typical Mayweather opponent does .

But that's just not going to happen with Manny , He will keep up that ferciosity and intensity all 12 rnds .

Floyd is going to lose to Manny Period . I already know this . His time has come .

Pacquiao is a reaction fighter. Meaning, he'll throw combinations quickly after you tag him and he'll throw his combinations as you're throwing yours. He doesn't care if he gets hit. He'll eat 2 of your punches to land 4 of his.

I don't think clinching Pacquiao will be as easy as some think. The dudes smaller, and he has an inside-out footwork. You can't tie someone up when he's 4 ft away from you every few seconds, coming in, going out. Is inside-out game is his offense and his defense, and Bradley spoke about how difficult it was to deal with. Plus, I've never seen anyone have success with a clinch on him. Algieri tried in the 9th round and paid for it. But besides him, still have never seen someone have success and many have tried.

Which will be effective because PBF is stronger than Pac and Pac is lost on the inside.

Pacquiao doesn't like to fight on the inside, but he still can hurt those who try. Plus, not sure why people think he's going to fight in a way that isn't his best advantage. Pacquiao is an elite fighter. He's going to fight his style no matter what Floyd tries to do.

Pac can't deal with educated footwork like PBF has he also can't deal with the boxing brain of PBF.

I can't think of any reason why not. Pacquiao has the best footwork in the game. One small thing: a huge part of this game is who can get their lead foot on the outside of the opponent. I'm thinking...Pac has the huge advantage in this. Why? He knows 1,000% how to get his dominant foot on the outside because he's fought orthodox fighters his whole life. Mayweather has only fought like 3 C+/B- southpaws in his career, and I wonder if he'll be confused with his for a while when he's facing the best southpaw of this generation.

He will be frustrated by the mid rounds and become even more reckless, playing right into PBF's hands.

Pacquiao will only becomes reckless when he's hurt you. That's when he gets overly excited. Frustrated? He knows missing shots is a part of his game. I don't think frustration will be a problem unless he just can't hit Floyd AT ALL by the 6th round. That won't be the case though.

Inability to cut off the ring? I do admit he's struggled with this in the past, but he has done well, especially well, in recent fights like Algieri. Watch it. Most definitely the first 4 rounds. It was a huge improvement, and I was shocked because Algieri runs 5x more than Floyd.

If it's fought at Floyd's pace he'll win. That's going to be hard though. Pacquiao always establishes the pace(very fast,intense), just like Floyd. Ring generalship will be a huge battle in this fight. No one can see who's pace it'll be, but that is definitely a very crucial aspect of this fight.

You can say the same thing about Pacquiao. No one has ever beat him by boxing him- he's too active, too overwhelming. Those who beat him did so by either knocking him out (engaging) or throwing WITH him, so taking severe punishment but hoping you'll land something that'll hurt him (Morales, Marquez). All in all, those who beat him went through Hell to do so. Is Floyd willing to take punishment? What happens if Floyd realizes Pacquiao's punches hurt him, but his are not hurting Pacquiao?

Another way to look at it... who will cause more collateral damage in the long run? Pacquiao's straight left? Or Mayweather's straight right. Because I promise you BOTH will land that shot.

The fight is 50/50 to me.

One thing I've noticed with Floyd too, especially against Ortiz, is when he's overwhelmed (even by a southpaw), especially on the ropes, he'll drop the high guard and instinctively go into a philly shell for a few seconds before he realizes what he's doing.

He can't make that mistake for a split second against Pacquiao. If he does, Pac will see that opening as soon as it's there and that straight left will be flying in faster than Floyd can blink.

Fight is now closer than ever and they're continuing to meet and come to agreements. Paquiao has never gone around Arum and done his own negotiating like this.

bull**** those were minor issues if Floyd wanted to change the purse spilt for example then that would be meeting around arum

arum has given the green light to pac and konz to do what they want because arum has already agreed to the terms himself fact is they never worked there way around arum if they did then pac and konz wouldn't of had meetings with arum for him too look at the terms AND ACCEPT IT

arum has been very involved he has done his job he and floyds boss have been very involved
