    #1: Harry Greb

Greb had more fights against Hall of Famers than Mayweather has fights. Watch his opponents and judge for yourself how good he must have been to dominate these guys.

    Footage of Victims:

    Mickey Walker
    -KOing a dude HARD:
    [yt]l3SWCo_7gok[/yt]

-Fighting Jack Sharkey (40lb+ weight disadvantage):
    [yt]MVrRi5wZAqE[/yt]

    -Beating fellow ATG Tommy Loughran:
    [yt]HfLSDZnZkog[/yt]

    -Losing to Max Schmeling
    [yt]LqRVSG2VemU[/yt]

    Jimmy Slattery
-Against ATG puncher Paul Berlenbach (Slattery is the taller fighter and was KO'd later in the fight):
    [yt]wkvwULvpBCk[/yt]

    Mike McTigue 2-0
-Displaying a really nice shoulder roll defense
    [yt]l1QhuuJPQ4A[/yt]

-Same stuff while being stopped by heavyweight Jack Sharkey, but more offense this time:
    [yt]sM-w0t2DcJU[/yt]

    Bill Brennan 4-0
    -Getting KO'd hard by Dempsey:
    [yt]fabJTQBnrz4[/yt]

    Jimmy Delaney 4-0
-Short clip of Delaney fighting fellow ATG Tommy Loughran, who has his hair parted in the middle:
    [yt]G6UsCK0Zs1Y[/yt]

    Tommy Loughran 4-1-1
    -ATG. Here's clips:
    [yt]L5jxlDY5C9g[/yt]
    [yt]bF2BKP3uGM8[/yt]
    [yt]7B3d1PtPUIc[/yt]
    [yt]oyVHx4CZAXQ[/yt]
    [yt]YXwu5llfx6g[/yt]

    Kid Norfolk 1-1
-Greb's loss to him was a DQ and regarded as poor refereeing.
-Here's Norfolk fighting a heavyweight with 53lb on him:
    [yt]NBvbJxEOnh4[/yt]

    George Chip 2-2
Here he is fighting fellow great Les Darcy:
    [yt]x2rFffVKbD8[/yt]

    Tommy Gibbons 2-2
Here he is losing to Dempsey (full fight):
    [yt]rUJM2BDSxF4[/yt]

Here he is knocking a guy out:
    [yt]pNy9fJbSPZk[/yt]

    Mike Gibbons 1-1
-Here he is fighting fellow ATG Packey McFarland (105-1-6).
-Starts with training footage, where he looks...bad. Then cuts to the fight, where he looks entirely different and capable of dominating a lot of current fighters. Can't judge guys by training clips.
    [yt]8Xvkj2Us83Y[/yt]

    Gene Tunney 1-3-1
-Tunney is extremely entertaining and would be dominant in today's SMW/LHW divisions.
-Greb was the only fighter to ever beat Tunney.
-Their series was generally regarded as 3-2 in favor of Greb. Both guys had one dominant win over the other and the other 3 fights were very close.
-Here's Tunney beating ATG's Tommy Gibbons and Jack Dempsey.
    [yt]T6uVDcxQ2QM[/yt]

No tape, but very good/great fighters:
    Maxie Rosenbloom
    Jack Blackburn
    Jack Dillon 2-0
    Willie Meehan 2-0
    Billy Miske 2-0-1
    Battling Levinsky 6-0
    Chuck Wiggins 8-0-1
Tiger Flowers 1-2 (Both losses considered robberies)

So Greb beat a sh*tload of ATG/HOF/Highly-ranked fighters. Most of the time he beat them BADLY. He avenged all his losses, usually multiple times. Tunney and Flowers are the only people he officially lost a series to, and the decisions were usually regarded as a bit unfair.

You can see the skill level of some of the guys he fought and dominated. With one eye. Fighting more than twice a month. Going up and down from MW to HW and fighting bigger men.

And everything he accomplished was done by age 32.

Solid #1 ATG fighter of all time. Very easy call to make.

It depends. How are you judging those fighters to rank them where you have them?

I'll toss up the rest of my list later. That will be the longest post because there's actually footage of the other guys.

I've explained a million times, skill+resume. Resume wise a lot of guys dont belong up there, for example Floyd is debatable since he fought in a weak era, and Pacquiao ducked him. Tyson should not be up there clearly just due to resume, but since he was ducked in his prime, and his skills in his prime were clearly one of the best in my opinion he deserves a spot on my list.

I'm not speaking "smack", LOL. I've owned you so many times that you've become my personal dog. I don't even have to speak smack to you anymore, I pity you since I've given you so many beatdowns.

Marciano @ #5 is WAY too high. He shouldn't even be in the top 20...

I'm not as sad, and pathetic as you to waste my time digging up old threads. I know you love to do that. I know you remember all the beats down I gave you, and the fact that you dug up my old topics I created, and the fact that you follow me around this forum proves how badly I've gotten to you :rofl.

I don't even consider myself THAT knowledgeable of boxing, and I still know more than you.

Can't believe you ranked Floyd that low.

Marciano was undefeated, yes - but the only great HW he beat was an OLD Joe Louis. That's not enough for consideration in the top 10 or even 20 ATG list...
