    This guy is one of the greatest and my personal favorite trainer... along with Robert Garcia and Joe Goosen but why is he so elusive? Is his health ok? Or are him and marquez a package deal only and you can't have one without the other.


    This dude is a walking legend in my book. I wish he trained more fighters so we could hear his wisdom more often.

    edit: I also have teddy atlast up there by the way.

    Elusive? He is training Daniel Estrada for his match on Saturday for the WBC Silver lightweight title.

    Co-training him with Marquez, actually.

    Awesome... I haven't been watching much of the lightweight division recently. I'm going to tune in for this fight JUST to see my man Nacho.... #truelegend !

    lmao.. nah man. But was you know if you look at most of the top trainers now a days they have a CAMP of fighters

    Roach at one point had: Pacquiao, Khan, Cotto, Shiming, Kayode, Chavez JR
    Garcia has had: Margarito, Brandon Rios, Maidana, Rubio and a bunch of other guys at the same time.



    I'm shocked more mexican fighters don't wish to be trained by nacho. Dudes a walking ****ing legend.

    Estrada vs. Mitchell ought to be a good fight, worth checking out anyway. The co-feature (Ryder vs. Godoy) should be fun too.

    It will be weird to see Marquez on the ring apron but not gloved up himself - though not unprecedented? I feel like he assisted Nacho in at least a couple of his brother Rafa's fights. :think

    Mares and Angulo left him.

    He has Jonny, JMM, and Estrada. Don't know of anyone else.
