In the Tuesday meeting in Pacquiao's suite, Mayweather expressed concern about what Koncz called broadcast issues, but he said they were quickly resolved after a conversation with Pacquiao promoter Bob Arum and HBO CEO Richard Plepler. "We talked to Bob and Richard and got that handled pretty quickly," Koncz said.

"For the most part, it was just Floyd, Manny and I in the [hotel] room and it was a very good conversation," Koncz said. "I think Floyd is sincere about wanting the fight, I really do. I know Manny has wanted it and he's ready to fight and has been for a while. So I'm very optimistic. I really am. "

The fight, if it is finalized, would be held May 2 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Many of the details of the fight are complete, including minutaie such as the type of gloves the fighters will wear, who will walk first to the ring and who will be announced last.

Koncz said Mayweather wants to make the announcement, and that he and Pacquiao agreed.

“(The meeting) was very pleasant and very encouraging, and we give Floyd credit for coming over,” Pacquiao’s adviser Michael Koncz told ESPN, noting the meeting went down in Pacquiao’s Miami hotel room. Konca continued:

“That’s the first time they ever sat eye to eye. I’ve met Floyd many times, but he and Manny had never had a chance to meet. They talked at halftime, but this was a longer, more serious meeting. You could tell by their body language that this was very positive. It was for a good hour or more. … It was a business meeting, but it wasn’t a tense business meeting. I think that’s because they both have mutual respect for each other. We’ll determine what will happen over the next couple of days.”

Considering "The One", "The Moment", and "Mayhem".

    I like "Legacy"

    or some humorous ones
"The One Fight To Rule Them All"
    "There Can Be Only One"
    "Bout Time"

He looked Floyd in the eye and drew this conclusion, I think I'll take his opinion over some forum trolls.

Looks like the public outcry has forced Floyd into making the fight. Otherwise, his ass would have done what he did sooner. But again, I reiterate that Floyd should be talking to SHO/Espinoza to get whatever he wants done. The fact that he hasn't done so is alarming.

He approached Pacquiao directly and that isn't enough for you? And what does it matter WHY he does it? We should be happy that it might finally happen. I don't care why he's fighting him.
