    Massive fail!!!!!!!!!!!! Beating Algieri and Rios in your last four fights after being ktfo 6 doesn't make you pfp #1. PFP is not based on your past resume, it's based on your recent results. I question Pac being as high as no. 2, seriously.

    P4P is based on resume.

    4 fights against 2 elite and P4P ranked fighters, one of whom was chemically-enhanced and a stylistic nightmare.

    And the fact that he won 23 rounds against Rios/Algieri and clearly against Bradley after getting punched through a wormhole by Roidquez says a LOT.

    So if Ray Leonard came back today, he should be rated no. 1 pfp? Beating Rios after he lost and at a weight he never fought at doesn't make you pfp no.!. Beating the wet behind the ears Algieri at a weight he never fought at doesn't make you pfp no. 1. Being KTFO 6 by 38 year old Marquez doesn't make you pfp no. 1. I really like Pac but some you guys really make me root against him.

    Rios and Algieri don't do anything for his legacy. When his fans have to say things like "When you're Fighter of the Decade you can fight whoever you want" just to justify these matches, that's an admittance of a cherry pick.

    It takes resume into account but it is NOT 'based on resume'

    Otherwise any active fighter with a great resume would still be in p4p lists. You'd have roy jones jr in there right now if it was based on resume...

    It's based on RECENT achievements. And recently, Pacquiao lost. By losing that knocks him down a few pegs.

    Since his KO loss, he's had 2 cherry picks and one legit fight. That doesn't make him P4P 1.
