Floyd showed up. Things were awkward. Koncz knows Floyd well and said he went over to break the ice (remember first time Floyd and Pac have been in same building...). Talked with Floyd and asked him to invited him over and to talk to Manny. Floyd obliged. Koncz went back, and told Manny he'd be over at Halftime. At Halftime, Floyd comes over and basically scolds Manny and his side for lying to public.

Hearing optimism from both sides that a Mayweather-Pacquiao deal could get done soon. From what I'm hearing, hard to see it falling apart.

 

If the supposed deadline is going to be kept to, this thing better get written up quickly.

did y'all catch the look on pac's face at the game when floyd approached him?...i swear dude looked like he was about to burst into tears. never seen a public figure look so scared and uncomfortable in public. i could see pac dropping his gaze like a good lil servant boy and just saying "yes sir...no sir"

clearly, the psychological battle has already been won. fmj owns pacmans barangay a88. that's the difference between a real champ on the one hand and a pretender who made his entire career off cynical fans who gave his PED using a88 a pass for years.

Just watched Ringside Interview with Pacquiao. He went into a little depth on how he feels about Mayweather as an opponent specifically...

Let's just say I'm more than surprised at what he said.

He doesn't think Mayweather as ANYTHING. He laughs at the idea that Mayweather thinks he is #1. They asked him if Mayweather would be his toughest challenge and he scoffed at the remark!!! He was like, toughest challenge? Are you kidding me? This dude 110% believes he'll beat Floyd Mayweather, and that it won't even be a hard fight for him. Then again, when you reached that elite level in the sport... I guess you should think that way. He said Margarito was his hardest opponent. The way he laughed at the idea of Mayweather being a tough opponent, holy heck. He said Amir Khan would be just as hard as Mayweather, lmfao (Sorry Khan).


I don't know if that's just how high his confidence of himself is or what. I kinda hope he doesn't take Mayweather so lightly as he was acting. He does know he is an underdog in this fight....right? I know he does! He was talking and laughing about that too! Saying how he loves being the underdog because it's make him focus 200%.

Man, oh, man. Mayweather has said the exact same thing about Pacquiao though, so, I guess that the elite fighter mentality. "Easy work!" I can hear just Floyd at the press conference. It was just funny hearing Pacquiao talk down about Mayweather so much. He never does that lol like he straight up said he'd be easy
