My thoughts exactly. Just because Floyd claims he's "clean" it doesn't mean he is. Wasn't there an article that said Floyd failed drug testing on 3 separate occasions? All they have on Manny is "hearing" it from people who are close to or are in his camp. I'm not saying Pac never juiced and he's clean but before you die hard Floyd fans condemn Pac for using PEDS, at least get some solid evidence and not just take the word of a convicted felon. :verysad

W/ any business venture, there are working contracts. You honestly think that everything they've agreed to is verbal with nothing committed to paper?

I work w/ contracts. We send out the contracts to clients and then the negotiations begin. Contracts go through numerous drafts and revisions, depending on the client requests.

There is most likely a first draft contract, which is approved by TR/Arum/Pac, and pending a signature from Floyd, isn't finalized.

And another thing, I doubt you work with contracts if you're saying you send them out THEN start negotiations. I work with contracts and we never send a contract prior to negotiation and consensus.

Are you that dense or have trouble with comprehension??? Documenting discussion and agreements for the contract is NOT a signed contract. Prior to the meeting Pacquaio, Arum, and Koncz were all saying Pacquiao signed the Contract and they were awaiting Mayweather's signature. Now they're clearly admitting that wasn't true.

When Mayweather approached Pacquaio on the court Koncz and Pacquiao have both confirmed that Mayweather told them to stop lying about a damn contract.
