Buck, you are so naive. There are always working contracts during any kind of business negotiation. There are documents with agreements and talking points. On a high level negotiation like this, there's plenty of paperwork.

There may not be a final document because Mayweather has yet to agreed to everything, but there are working documents. You can't draft up a final contract when one side has not agreed to fight.

exactly .. zim is a ****ing dense ****. you meet up you agree to points of the fight its very likely listed but until once negotiations come to an end thats when you draw up an official contract, a legal binding document based around what your negotiations have concluded.

for the record i dont have any experience with contracts outside of the usual bank loans , job placements etc etc but id think it was common knowledge

I can't believe people think this is surprising. If you've done any kind of business, there is no final contract until everything has been agreed upon.

However, it means little. Because Mayweather still hasn't agreed to fight. There is NO indication that Pac doesn't want the fight. There has been PLENTY of indications that Mayweather doesn't want it.
