IF that fight were to happen, it's in Las Vegas.

Forget all the talk about Floyd fighting in the UK, in front of huge arenas, etc...he's fighting where he is comfortable, in Vegas, where the casinos still put up insane site fees since the ticket sales are only part of the big money they get during a big fight.

Mayweather is not going to fight in some opponent's "back yard".
