Floyd announced his fight with Maidana on Feb 25 last year for a May 3rd fight.


There's still time. Considering they don't even have to promote it much helps too.

No way will they leave it that late to announce the fight. My guess is we'll hear something concrete this week. Ronnie Nathanielsz did say that Ariza told him that the fight would be announced Tuesday or Wednesday. We'll see though

 

Same thing he always does. Troll religiously for about 1,000 posts per month.

 

This place is littered with trolls it's very hard to fight good posters you can count them with you're fingers.

 

And on Saturday he publicly branded Pacquiao a liar about trying to make the fight, we will never know who truly wanted to avoid this fight..

 

According to both camps, it's only HBO and Showtime negotiating now.

Fight is going to happen. The only people who are wishing it doesn't are Pac**** Nation.

 

Didn't Pac say he would move on if the fight wasn't made by February?

 

There are more good posters than you think. The problem is the trolls make like 10 new BS threads everyday and post 100 times a day. So it's pretty easy for a few to infect a board. Normal posters actually have lives outside of a forum.

 

The extreme Pac fans and Floyd fans are the reason for this trolling on this board I wouldn't only point the finger at the Floyd fans or the pac fans both these fighters have crazy ass fans and are bad as each other.

 

So why has he avoided the biggest pay day of his career then? After all, he only fights for money...

 

Oh yeah, I think it needs to be done within 2 weeks. Just saying, if he can make 900,000K from announcing Maidana late into Feb, I think Pacquiao/Mayweather would be okay. I think this week they'll aim for getting the rest of the hurdles cross. It's suppose to be a BUSY week when it comes to negotiations and getting the Network deal done. Then, they'll aim for an announcement early next week.

That's the ideal plan. And as we know, nothing about these negotiations are ideal.

If all goes well, really well, we could hear an announcement by the end of this week according to Dan Rafael. If things continue to slug along, it may take longer.
