    Yeah.... 10 years ago.

A mediocre SMW run and a Sam Soliman later he ain't no A lister.

Doesn't change the FACT that Taylor's wins @ 160 are miles ahead of Golovkin's - meanwhile, Golovkin has YET to beat an "A" list opponent and Soliman is on Par with the Triple Duck's recent opposition.

Wake me when the Triple Duck fights someone with a PULSE.

Golovkin hasnt done enough yet to become a HOF but hes on the right track.

The IBF is presumably now vacant after Jermain Taylor had been sectioned which is a blessing when you think what Golovkin would have done to a past his prime Taylor

The WBC is being held captive by former 140llb champion Miguel Cotto who pulled out of fighting Saul Alvarez at a 155 catchweight

The WBO was won by Andy Lee but former champion Quillin has somehow been allowed to fight for his old belt despite dropping it

Truthfully id like to see Golovkin unify 160 but Cotto and Quillin seem to have no interest in fighting him and Danny Jacobs is far from a world champion. once Murray is out of the way then maybe we can see GGG move up in weight where there are far better challenges

    Andre Ward - WBA?
James Degale / Andre Dirrell - IBF
George Groves / Anthony Dirrell - WBC
Paul Smith / Arthur Abraham - WBO

if Golovkin could clean out the SMW division it would hold a lot more weight, after Murray if GGG cant get the big names then he should just move on up.

    You're ****ing hilariously bias.

Soliman is not on par with GGG's recent opposition, and you know it.

There is only one A lister currently at MW, that is GGG- he can't exactly beat himself.

Soliman was probably better than all but maybe 1 or possibly 2 GGG opponents.

Ward drew 1.1-1.3m viewers in his last few fights. Several years ago I know, but he is absolutely a decent name/draw.

GGG draws better against Ward than he does against anyone who isn't named Cotto or Chavez. Ward is 10 times the draw of Adama, Gaele or Rubio, yet GGG fought them.

The reason the Ward fight isn't on the table is because Ward is high risk, not because Ward can't draw. The fight would draw huge numbers. It's a fight I greatly hope to see in the future.

Soliman was the IBF title holder.

Name ONE title holder Golovkin beat.

    Don't worry, I'll wait...
