As much as I wanna hate on this ****ty **** riding thread of yours, I gotta admit this was definitely one of Pacs best performances

A truly great performance imo even if Cotto was slightly drained (not sure if he was)

 

He was not drained. He came in 1 pound heavier then the clottey fight where he dominated Clottey.

I dont understand thiss weight drain bull**** where did it come from? Cotto had said many times he was very comfortable with the weight. And he showed it against Clottey

 

Again, how often does Cotto ever hurt quality opponents badly from single shots to the head?

Rarely. He's a heavy handed guy but is not likely to badly do damage to an opponent on single shots to the head. At least not world class opponents.

It's not exactly like Mavrovic eating all those right hands from Lennox Lewis, or Duran looking like Linda Blair, like his head was ready to spin around after taking that left hook from Iran Barkley.

It was a good shot that Pacquiao took, nothing more, nothing less. Most of Cotto's high caliber opponents take punches like that. It's the accumulation that usually does them in.

Pacquuao showed his toughness throughout the fight. Afterwards, Pacquiao was really banged up, looking like he had been mugged by a few guys, even though he kicked Cotto's ass.

Pacquiao's performance that night was very impressive, he fought great. It doesn't need to be embellished by huge exaggerations about these imaginary punches that would have "knocked out anyone else".
