Let's say Oscar was 26 years old and fighting in the welterweight division today.

Would he beat the likes of....

    Bradley
    Khan
    Alexander
    Thurman
    Maidana
    Brook
    Pacquiao
    Mayweather
    Guerrero

    Go!

Most certainly, I've always maintained that a prime ODLH would of beaten Mayweather and quite possibly Pacquiao if De La Hoya was younger when they fought and not at the tail end of his career. One of the greatest Imo.

He'd do f all for three reasons:

    1. He has a glass chin
    2. He wouldn't be able to get away with PED use
    3. He would be destroyed in embarassing fashion by the likes of Khan, Brook and Lee Purdy.

Sure, he beats them all, or finds a way to lose. He always found a way to lose in his biggest fights.

He beats everyone and DLH isn't even ranked that high in the all time great rankings by most

Thats why I think Mayweather and Pacquiao are so damn overrated

I think Oscar is an idiot for fighting the way he did against tito! I'll leave it at that.

The Tito would be win was way more important than the Sturm would be loss or the Quartey fight

He beats everyone on that list but Pacquiao and Mayweather.
Even this older version of Pacquiao beats a prime DLH.
Pacquiao all wrong for the happy hooker.

De La Hoya was a hell of a fighter. Never ducked anyone, gave a hell of a fight to anyone he fought in his prime, (even when he lost) hell of a beard on him. I would pick him to beat all of the fighters named, maybe except pacquiao

the loss Quartey fight would've been huge. also losing to Sturm means hes only 5 weight division champ and never fights B hop, so i dont agree bros
