Hypocrisy regarding Froch and Khan

The Khan hatred is BS really, typical of these times, people hate a lot.

The Froch situation is similar to Calzaghe at that stage of his career. When you are older, have had a long career and have proven yourself people don't mind you cherry picking a fight or two.

A champion gets 12 months to make his mandatory. If Froch wants to take another fight in between that's his prerogative. Fighting Kessler again is more money, a unification fight and a chance to avenge a previous loss. It's obviously more attractive to him than a Stevenson fight. If Stevenson had waited his turn he'd have got his shot. Instead, he chose to move up and fight Dawson. Basically, Stevenson and not Froch was the reason the fight didn't happen.

 

No he isn't at all you moron. Only froch****s think his resume is amazing but if you break down the time he fought his opponents then it really isn't. Why are you ignoring that he lost to Kessler the first time around but then beat him when he was coming of a career ending injury? He lost to dirrell, it was a gifted decision. Groves hasn't done anything, he hasn't proven anything, he is not at the world level, he took an absolute BEATING the first time around and the stoppage was a disgrace. Pascal was drained, Bute has a padded record got saved by the ref vs Andrade. AA never was able to compete at 168 like he did at 160, Smith just barely lost against him atsch

It's a prediction! Obviously I am not certain 100% but the styles and their quality I feel would be too much for Froch to handle. Wrong!!! Ward would beat Froch 100 out of 100 times, he's in a different horizon to Froch, he has absolutely no chance, none. Sure GGG is not ppv but that doesn't change my opinion that he would spark Froch out. Triangle theories don't work rookie, it doesn't matter if Degale lost to Groves, that doesn't neccessarily mean that he would lose to Froch also, styles make fights and Degale is wrong for him.

The fact is Froch would rather take on somebody who isn't serious about the sport, who isn't relevant at the moment rather than somebody who is blasting through people and is relevant. Froch-Degale is a ppv fight in UK by the way and it would sellout in UK, but deep down he knows he can't win and thats why he's opting for an easy option and a retirement payday.

Dirrell ran, held, cried, threw himself to the floor, turned his back... they were supposed to be having a fight you know mate. Imagine a champ losing his title to a challenger like that.


Degale has gone from the bore of Glow to the second coming of Andre Ward. I get the feeling we're going to get a shock when James fights someone world class - his last two opponents have been **** (on the night) let's face it.

Resume-
AA- to this day still a world champion and was a very dangerous fighter and a very good one at the time.
Groves- Is world level, very good fighter
Bute- Was seen as the most dangerous man in the division and was a heavy favourite in the fight.
Pascal- Again to this day still challenging for titles and he may have even been favourite for that fight too? Not sure of that though.
Kessler- Lost a close decision to a seriously good fighter. I did not avoid that but he had the rematch against a version very similar to that of the one that beat him in a fight he was very impressive in.

At the end of the day I don't care if you think GGG beats Froch, he may well beat him but the fact is you cant say someone has his number when they haven't fought. As for Degale I disagree and think he is very right for Froch. Yes he is slick but that lasts for 6 rounds and he throws these sloppy looping shots which he can be picked off from. When he gets tired, which we haven't seen recently as his fights haven't lasted long enough, he sits on the ropes and you are in worlds of trouble in doing that against Froch. I like Degale he is a very good fighter but he is not ready for Froch yet.

Froch hasn't ducked anyone in his career so why would he start now against Degale? atsch Yes it is PPV in the UK and yes it makes the same money roughly as the Kessler fight but he in the twilight of his career and after years of giving the fans what they want, unlike many other modern boxers, he deserves a payday and to fight where he wants. Lack of motivation nearly lost him the first Groves fight so he cant be doing that again as Degale might finish the job on him this time, if he was unmotivated for the fight

 

Re Taylor no he wasn't - he won every round from 6 onwards so going into the final seconds they should have been level on the cards. Offical ones have I think Froch 4 behind...which is dire scoring.

He was lucky against Dirrell who had he kept on boxing and moving would have won for some reason he didn't - mental midget

Easily beaten by Kessler??? really beaten in a tuff fight later avenged. So he's only lost to Andre Ward one of the best in the sport.....

AS for Khans being better...it could be close. froch has fought all comers where Khan has had to rebuild and fight some lower tier fighters....

 

Froch has fought Ward ,Degale is not in his weight class, neither is Stevenson.
Froch wants a big money fight to go out on and I think he has earned it.
