Perfect for Hearn..he can finally get Rid of Burns after Ricky is battered by Figueroa and somebody else is paying for it

I don't actually rate omar that highly I think burns can beat him on points its defiantely winnable , thought fig looked average against Estrada

Definitely winable fight for Ricky Omar struggled with Estrada and Kevin Mitchell just smashed him about for 8 rounds but Ricky needs to be back on the form of the Mitchell fight.

Ricky has struggled big time in his last few fights. Figeuroa is not a great fighter but he is a good brawler and fun to watch and hits hard amd also very big at the weight. I just cant see ricky coping with him. Happy to be proved wrong

Ricky needs to keep him on the end of that long jab can't get into the same stuff he's been getting into lately leaning on his opponent that will just fall into Omar's brawling style.

Omar won every round vs Estrada but got bored and went on the ropes and started to play games, he got cut then next round he forced the stoppage. he didn't "stuggle" at all, he could have taken him out any time he wanted to.

Omar isn't special but burns is the definition of a shot fighter, Burns will get dominated and battered if this fight gets made.

I hope burns can get back to his old self, he needs to fight like he did against martinez, brawling just ain't right for him.

Sad stuff if he is just cashing out for one last payday :(

Was it not a punch that caused the injury?

I think the comment makes perfect sense to be honest, lets look at the facts, beltran could not get burns out of there even though he must of been in immense pain for 10 rounds causing him to go into survival mode just say he didn't sustain that injury do you honestly believe ricky would of still lost? can you begin to imagine being punched for 30 minutes with a broken jaw its amazing he lasted the fight and not only that still made it a close fight! the first two rounds burns was in a different league to beltran on every level, speed, movement, he was hitting him at will and the jab was working a treat, watch it back if you have too
