If this was the case then Team Pac and TR wouldn't be upset.

His stepson (TR President) threw his hands in the air in frustration and said he couldn't control Arum. They ALL believe Arum is sabotaging.

sure but how accurate is that source? i read that article and it was very vague.. like 'sources say Top rank president irate at arum' WHAT SOURCES? and do you think top rank president would DARE express anger at Bob Arum? Arum is CEO and founder, he could fire him... so this source is very unreliable and vague.. They also mention that pac's team is angry, really? WHO? Let;s hear from them...

de la hoya knows Arum well, here's what he said recently:

"Bob is a smart guy; a very smart guy," De La Hoya said. "He knows what it takes to make a big fight and how to put a big fight together. If he's talking [publicly], he must think there is a good reason to do it. That's how I see it. I don't think that should have any [impact upon] the negotiations."

    http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/boxin...k-at-mayweather-pacquiao-talks-191812578.html

these are direct quotes, unlike the vague allegations without direct quotes that top rank president is 'irate' at arum or that Pac's team is angry at him as-well. That article is bs...

Last year DLH was saying the total opposite about Arum. He is just kissing @$$ now because they made up and are trying to make fights together. You think he want's to say, "Arum is Fing this thing up!" and restart the cold war?

Prove he failed a sample. Oh I forgot, that's a rumor, and rumor doesn't hold up in the court of law.

Floyd settled to keep information related to his contract w/ USADA confidential. And his lawyer motioned for the court to seal the terms of the settlement.

It's very simple. What's causing you such confusion?

Floyd's hiding something. And he paid an exorbitant amount of money to make sure it stays hidden.

Only morons like you can defend the irony and shadiness.

    :verysad

Sources are never revealed and maybe Todd didn't think it'd go public? Ranting to one person is like ranting to 100 people.

Floyd would have had to answer questions under oath about his agreement w/ USADA and drug test results.

    He settled.

Do the math. Oh wait, you're a Floyd fan. No math can do!!!

    :rofl

Obviously a lot, which is why the terms of the settlement were filed to be under seal.

    Don't be a moron.

Oh? So you really don't know (as usual), you thought the word "exorbitant" sounded cool so you thought you would use it.

terms of a settlement being sealed does not mean his wada results are now sealed. the monitory part is sealed and any admission of guilt is sealed

so no on eis supposed to talk about it either or they will be sued..

floyds wada results are NOT sealed, this settlement was about paq begging for damges NOT Floyd trying to hide Public records.

I'm sure you followed it closely since it was Floyd being sued, so you do know Floyd never even showed up so the courts were already against him.

a couple mil settlement for him was more worth it than the hassle of going to court for some punk screaming wolf

Once again, try and exercise some common sense here. Do you think that if the settlement was $50,000, or even $100,000, Floyd's lawyer would move to file the settlement to be under seal w/ all of the terms legally bound to confidentiality?

The amount is significant, and if made public, could look show exactly how much Floyd was willing to pay to not testify under oath.

You pay $500 to solve a problem, could be just a convenience thing.

You pay $50,000 to solve a problem, obviously the problem carries far greater consequences.

    :hi:
