Mora is tiring, rowing his arms out like oars to basically pull down on Han's arms, dragging them harmlessly to his sides. Mora is letting go when ordered by the ref, circling into corners, waiting for Han to get close, going flaccid and fly-papering himself to Han, hugging him around the waist. Light jabs and overhand rights by Mora while turning Han. Big chops inside by Han, wild. Left hook by Han bashing down on Mora's shoulder while he is leaning down, and Mora goes down. Ruled a KD. Mora laughs and circles away, jabbing and rowing out his right arm to yank down Han's left.

Or does this no longer have anything to do with implications regarding the IBF belt whatsoever?

Mora is getting crowded around the ring, hit with left hooks on the body, some partly buffered against Mora's lowered right arm. Mora isn't throwing anything, just retreating and writhing on the inside, lacking the strength to even clinch. Han is giving Mora lots of respect but still leading and spraying Mora in bursts with leather while Mora is slouching over.
