and he came back again in the ring and fight with courage like a champ, knowing that he got record loss and got knockout.

You call that a coward? I think not.

Sporting event is a public place.

It is a criminal offence to capture a communication (a conversation) without permission, but only if the conversation takes place in a place or manner where the parties would have a reasonable expectation of privacy.

So, recording video without audio isn't prohibited.

Recording audio would be prohibited if the conversation was one that would be expected to be private. You can record someone making a speech. You could record someone at a public occasion. If someone was having an argument in a public parking lot, you could probably record it without permission.

As you get into situations like being in an office or a house, or recording a telephone call, it becomes much more likely that the recording would be illegal. However, there are cases that state that it would not be illegal to record someone that was making threats or claims, because there would be no legitimate expectation of privacy in that communication.

all this talk about a vs B side but Pac is not that far from Floyd in PPV.

both Pac and Floyd became huge stars after they beat De La Hoya so let's look at fights since then:

Pac's last 12 fights since he beat de la hoya nd became a he star:

    D la hoya 1.25mm
    Hatton 850k
    Cotto 1.25mm
    Margarito 1.15mm
    Clottey 660k
    Mosely 1.34mm
    Marquez 3 1.4mm
    Bradley 700k
    Marquez 4 1.15mm
    Rios 470k
    Bradley 800k
    Algieri 400k

    Mayweather:

    De La hoya 2.4mm
    Hatton 920k
    Marquez 1.1mm
    Mosely 1.4mm
    Ortiz 1.25mm
    Cotto 1.5mm
    Guerrero 1mm
    Canelo 2.2mm
    Maidana 900k
    Maidana 2 925k

    A couple of things here.

    1. there PPV #'s are strongly affected by their opponent. This is clear by looking at how both generated a lot vs De La Hoya, cotto and how much Floyd generated against Canelo. Mayweather has averaged more but his opponents have been more marketable. Clottey, Bradley, Rios and alrgieri, for instance, wouldn't have generated much even if they would've fought Mayweather. Floyd has picked bigger names.

    2. #s are very close. Manny has held his own vs Floyd, this is like A vs A- here, not A vs B.

    3. Both fighter's PPV have been coming down, in part due to their opponents. no question that Manny's poor #'s were a result of Algieri, who was totally u known and didn't have a large mexican or latin base who are fanatics.

The better way to compare their PPV power is by comparing how they did vs the same opponents, this takes the opponent's effect out of the equation

    So:

De la hoya - Floyd 2.4mm, Pac 1.25mm
    Hatton - Floyd 920k, Pac 850k
    Cotto - Floyd 1.5mm, Pac 1.25mm
Marquez - Floyd 1.1mm, Pac 1.275mm (avg of last 2 fights)
    Mosely - Floyd 1.4mm, Pac 1.34mm

So, as you can see, with exception of De La Hoya, it has been quite close; Floyd has ever so slightly edged Pac.

I think the large disparity on the De La Hoya fight was that Mayweather faced De La Hoya when DLH was closer to his prime and pac fought him many years later.

This is A vs A- so Pacquiao accepting 60/40 is pretty generous.

wonder why TR and GBP are now willing to work with one another and both have a rift with Floyd?

De la hoya and Arum have recently gone on record stating they are willing to work together but they both seem to have an issue with Floyd

Arum has not been the biggest hurdle here, it's been Floyd... people refuse to accept it. Floyd has just made up the Arum excuse cause he hated him... but he also hates De La Hoya. Who doesn't floyd hate? and who doesn't hate Floyd..

I don't think you understand what he's saying.. He's saying if Arum makes all the money fights and have such a good history of doing so, why did he fail to make the biggest fight in boxing history, Mayweather De La Hoya? It's a known fact that Mayweather wanted thus fight when he was with Top Rank.. Arum wouldn't allow it, so he bought himself out of his contract and became "Money Mayweather".. Highest paid athlete...

I give you props for this.

But I also give you a virtual slap up the head for even blaming Arum when it's CLEARLY Floyd.

the fight is absolutely NOT happening..

Floyd releases a video to his dumbo fans "I'm trying so hard to make the fight, i want it so bad", then he'll ditch negotiations and sign cotto….on short notice to promote this lame duck fight.

It is a weird video, select quotes are used and the video is edited. Same thing Floyd-haters have been doing for years to fit their agenda. Sad stuff.
