Where do you rate him as a fighter today? Vote on the poll.

    Elite?
    Very good?
    Good?
    Avererage?
    Below Average?

I think he's just good. Probably closer to average than very good.

he is in very good/good for me
wish he fight ggg though i will definitely love him more even his ass get ko in the 1st round.
Getting in the ring with ggg when everyone doubt you and losing the belt in a warriors way is far better than holdng that belt and fighting a welterweight.

At 147 - Low 'Very Good'
    At 154 - 'Good'
    At 160 - high 'Average'

Overall as a fighter right now, I would say 'Good'

At 154 up Cotto is FAR from elite. Elite fighters don't get shut out by Austin Trout

Cotto imo is far from even being very good at any weight.

I think Cotto is in the same boat that Erik Morales was when he was getting stopped by Manny Pacquiao those two fights.

Morales was having major diffiulties even making 135 lbs, yet he was fighting Pacquiao at 130 lbs.

Cotto today would be severely drained if he tried making the 147 lbs limit, and like Morales at 135 lbs, Cotto strains to make 154 lbs, which is why he fights at 160 lbs, a weight where the fighters there will be physically to strong for him.

What a shock that team pacquiao would do that to an opponent

An entire career built on smoke mirrors asterisks and PEDS
