He wanted Floyd to fight Margarito first, then possibly Cotto to build the Oscar fight... Floyd fought Judah and Baldomir instead.. I mean **** Bob he's a rich suit, but **** Floyd more. He's an athlete he should know what it means to the fans to have the best fighting the best... He left, but didn't get the big fight until 3 fights later, same **** he was looking at with Bob.. bit just a much harder gauntlet to pass through..

 

I'm all man.. and don't try you're womanly emotional **** here.. take that **** out your mouth and gargle.. if something changes there's a reason for it.. i every time some **** goes wrong and there's always one intangible that remains the same.. chances are that's the problem. Look at all the big fights of the last ten years the fans have asked of Floyd.. guess what, many different fighters , but still little Floyd the same person not making the fights. .

ok...BUT Floyd didn't post what was said before this or after did he? he wants to make it sound like he is pleading Manny to make fight happen which is ridiculous considering Manny has been pushing and pushing and conceding to Floyd's demands.

So what IF, Floyd first made ridiculous demands before saying what he says in video?

goes something like this:

"let's do 70/30 guys; only showtime gets to televise the fight AND Bob Arum and Top Rank are out, Mayweather promotions will promote this fight"

obvioulsy Manny and his advisor would probably say 'don't think so' to which Floyd responds with what he posted in the video, telling them we must make fight happen.


not saying this is what happened but what Floyd posted is nothing but bullsh$t, we don't know the context in which it was said. Really dumb... i'm more convinced Floyd is trying hard to make this impossible. The fact that he shot this video to use it as a publicity stunt and only posted that part, is rotten

 

I read a article saying Floyd is trying to save face by showing the clips to the public so he would not get much of a backlash if he were to fight khan or cotto basically trying to fool the public into thinking he tried but he really is not well I don't agree with this Floyd DOES want the fight lets just give it this month before we starting talking about Floyd saving face.

 

He's clearly just trying to create the image that he's trying to make the fight. The guy is a compete joke

Maybe you guys are thinking too much about it.. Maybe it just what it is.. Floyd isn't blaming Manny for the fight not happening.. If everything was agreed to and Floyd said all the dumb stuff people here think he "probably said" to "duck" the fight off camera, the negotiations would immediately fail and all blame would be in Floyd anyway.. Bob Arum could come out for no reason and say I don't want to negotiate anymore, and all the blame would be on Floyd for throwing in new demands..
