    David Sisson is an extremely close friend to Pacquiao. He grew up in Pacquiao's group, and is closer to Pacquiao than maybe Koncz himself. Pacquiao doesn't allow him to post anything without his approval first, and what he tweeted has already been verified by another legitimate source to be true. So, he has proven himself to be credible.
