    I remember when Graham was Hearns's mandatory at 154. Then Hagler's at 160.

    McCallum fought the guys the biggest names and most legendary fighters ever officially ducked, and won. Great fighter.

    I agree with you that he has little reason to complain about Hagler, and that he could have gone up to MW earlier. But I'd say he was about as much a natural MW as Hearns was a natural LHW.

    As a JMW, he was about the same size (or smaller) as the main guys of the division at the time - i e Hearns, Mugabi and Jackson. At MW he was smaller than guys like Nunn, Hearns, Barkley, Watson, Benn, Eubank and McClellan.
