Definitive list of everyone Froch is ducking

Nobody I think you will find is the answer. Lets break it down.

GGG doesn't even fight at the weight, Degale has not really beaten anyone that is world level anyway and he generates no money for Froch and is just a step down from the level he has been fighting, Hopkins is just laughable, nowhere near the level of Froch now and there is no interest in that fight and Ward is ducking a boxing ring so how could Froch even fight him? He don't want to fight!

 

Froch has become the most over-rated British fighter of the last 20 years, a prime example of the power of Sky Sports. He'd lose against all four of the guys on Solaris's list, and by KO against Golovkin.

Froch vs Groves 1 was expected to be a 3 or 4 round beating of Groves culminating in a vicious KO win for Froch. Froch got hammered, dropped and bullied before Groves stamina cost him the fight. Six months later Froch goes nip and tuck with Groves before producing the punch of his career, and the win is supposed to be something absolutely extraordinary.

Froch is very lucky he never fought Calzaghe at the time he was embarrassing himself begging for it around 2008, because he'd have been humiliated so badly he'd have never recovered.

 

Lose to Hopkins? Hahahaha! he would likely KO Hopkins and same goes for Degale, yes he would lose vs Ward and I would back him to outpoint GGG but that is a definite 50/50.

Annoys me how people suddenly decided Hopkins wasn't top drawer after he lost to Kovalev. Kovalev is a serious talent. Hopkins definitely has enough left to outbox and outpoint Froch.

Also, as long as Degale stays off the ropes he would be too quick and skilful. Ward would bully Froch around again and GGG would flatten him.

 

Its been a long time since Hopkins was top drawer. Losing to Kovalev is not a shame, but the way he did was poor. Got outpointed and outboxed by a good but not superb technician, Froch is a better boxer than Kovalev and I would fancy him to KO Kovalev too. Degale is not good enough and leans in with shots if you watch his recent KO's and I wont debate the last two as I accept that you think they win.

 

I'm not a big fan of Froch as a person, but as a fighter you can't knock him.

He's fought everyone that there was to fight and cannot be called a 'ducker', in fact it's ****ing laughable to call him of all people that. He's also gone to his opponents back yard numerous times.

If he wants to pick and choose his last fight then so be it, if anyone's deserved to do so in recent years its Froch.

 

Kovalev has very underrated technique and skill because of how powerful he is. He'd definitely do a job on Froch. Degale might lean in with shots but Froch is just as bad for that and lunges in wildly and leaves himself square on at times.

 

he is ducking these guys theres no two ways about it, he took the tough fights right the way throughout his career he should end it like that.
