If GGG carried his power to super middle then you'd expect him to beat Froch. Old man Hopkins absolutey no chance, Froch on points in an epic bore fest. Degale to beat Froch, don't make me laugh. Ward, after his injury and inactivity, and if Froch could get him PED-free and away from the SOG's judges? I think Froch could do him.

Add to the fact that Hopkins is only interested in the fight now Froch is injured. Been well over a year since he spoke about the fight and he gets injured and suddenly he wants the fight. I hope Froch fights him and puts him abruptly into retirement, a place he should have been well over 10 years ago

He once fought a man with a knife over a bottle of Castaway.

As for who he doesn't fancy fighting, I'd say GGG is top of that list. Even though the feather fisted Kazakhstani would travel, it would be at 168 lbs and it would be a stadium fight. I agree Froch can fight who he wants now given his run of defences.

Is Degale a clear level down from Groves ??
    I'm not buying that.

James Degale and Andre Ward rematch are his only ducks.

GGG isn't interested in 168 yet and Hopkins is a **** fight.

He is a step down yes, not a clear one mind you. Now they are equal in my opinion because he has lost confidence since the loses to Froch.

Let me ask you a question, how can you duck a fighter that is not currently fighting? He has fought him once in his homeland, if Ward really wants that fight he should be coming over here much like Kessler did.
Lets put it another way, is Klitschko ducking Haye? Same situation, biggest threat to Klitschko in terms of pre fight predictions, for the last 4 or 5 years and maybe longer, Haye isn't fighting and therefore doesn't deserve a fight and therefore cannot be fought because he isn't active, therefore is the same situation as Ward.

Do you really think Froch is afraid to fight Degale? He has faced much tougher and much better throughout his career. We all know this. If he was afraid of a technician which Degale tries to be, then wouldn't he have ducked the first fight with Ward? Or the first Groves fight? There is nothing in Degale that Froch is afraid to fight apart from the fact he makes much less money and it just doesn't interest him.

Degale isn't hard enough to keep Froch away or deter him. He would win rounds but ultimately be stopped late on. But the fight won't take place and Degale can continue to believe he would win against the man who destroyed the man who beat him.

Frochs ducking of Ward goes.back further than 14 months. It's a myth that Ward is retired. Carl Froch could fight Ward.now for example...instead he is going after the easy money.

Some say he deserves a sparring session in Vegas, maybe so but I don't try and sell me **** by calling it chocolate.

Personally I think Degale is the best fight out there, people who say otherwise are terrified their man will lose on his way out. Simple as.

Froch is a coward he should box who we tell him to box until he gets permanent brain damage. His opinion as one of the most successful British sportsman of the last few years doesn't count,at 37 after a hard physically punishing career we know he can soak up a lot more punishment yet!
