Froch & Hopkins In Talks

This could be one of the dirtier fights in recent time.

 

Looks like he's taken the Calzaghe bait lol

 

Hopkins could pull out a win here

 

Retirement fight for both guys. I see this fight as a near 50/50 fight with a slight edge to Froch.

 

I usually don't like "dirty" fights but this is one I would want to watch.

The only thing that will decide if this fight gets made will be money and if Froch can lure BHop to the UK as Froch will need every advantage he can get.

I'd be surprised if this gets made. BHop is a big name but he isn't a big draw anymore, especially since the loss to Kovalev. Unless the TV networks are willing to stump up some big cash, that is the only way I can see Froch being willing to proceed with what he has called a no win situation.

 

Recent hopkins performances show he isnt going to do much, but he can steal rounds with craftiness from the cobra and get a decision. Froch will come on late as he always does.

Froch's style is tailor made for Hopkins.

 

S few years ago I'd pick Hopkins all day long. But the man can't for a full 12 anymore, and we saw.against Kovalev we saw he is getting hit Alot more.

 

Hopkins' style could give Froch a lot of problems but I can't see him winning a decision in the UK. I may be in the minority but I thought Hopkins nicked a round or two off Kovalev.
