Chisora was coming off a MD lose to Helenius, the then ranked and undefeated#6 Ring ranked heavyweight. A fight that I'd say over 90% of ESB posters will say he won. Albeit while Helenius had an injury. So don't make it out worse then what it was.. **** people on here still complain Wlad ducked Chisora because he was such a threat. Let's not also forget that Vitali also suffered a torn ligament in his left shoulder in the 3rd Rd vs Chisora. Say what you want about Chisora, but the dude always came to fight(besides Fury2), unlike Kingpin, and several other boxers out there. And although he has 5 loses and is more likely done, those loses all came from Top ranked Heavyweights, either then or now. As much as I dislike Chisora I respect him, he never took an easy path and fought top notch competition very early in his career, rather then building his record up to 28-0 Vs. cans. Just as my appreciation was for Derric Rossy effort vs. Glazkov, a fight in which I expected a total lay down, the guy actually came to win, or fight.
I just wanted to demonstrate that the vast majority of this board think you're an idiot as well. Mission accomplished! BOOM!!! Dino takes another one straight up the keister!
charr is someone whom vitali bought a kebab off one Friday and he was nice to vits and offered him extra sauce so vits offered him a title shot in return cos he forgot his wallet. much like wach was the plumber who called on wlads house on day and wlad offered him a title shot for fixing his waters. he'd forgotten his cheque book.
You agreed with me in the other thread that the stoppage was pre mature. You ran to this thread to start fresh cos you got out done.
I agree that the fight was stopped too soon. I do NOT agree that Vitali was in danger of losing and most people agree with that except a small segment of the population which suffers from Kltischko derangement syndrome.
Vitali on his worst day would never lose to a fighter like Charr. I think Vitali could fight a fully prepared Charr tonight without the need of a training camp and still win. Fact is Charr was a pretty poor last fight for such a dominant title holder. I had hoped Vitali would fight Haye and finish his career on a high instead of the drawn out affair after a meaningless title defence that we got. Charr is clearly nothing more than a C level gate keeper at best, he was never a threat to Vitali.
I never said Charr would have won. The stoppage for a world title fight was a disgrace , not to mention completely illegal. Charr had no business dragged over to Vitali's corner where it was waved off. Coming from the man to kicked , screamed , thumped his chest at having his title shot ended over much more severe cuts and injuries.
