Ian John Lewis strikes again

Appalling.

 

I can't put into words how bad this guy is....he panics when somebody is hurt.

 

Surely he needs to be suspended after that refereeing performance?

 

Too early but Rose reacted badly to getting hurt, could have even taken a knee with 11 more rounds to get back into it.

 

has he been in a fight where someone was seriously hurt? he seems to me like its happened and as a result he stops everything prematurely rather than referring the fight correctly

 

IJL seems to be a disaster alright....

 

Makes a change, a british fighter on the wrong end of a bad stoppage.

Not really sure why he refs at top level! Poor decision, but not his first and won't be his last.

I don't remember all this crying and whining being shown on Sky when foreign fighters were on the wrong end of these "british stoppages".

 

It's not just a British stoppage, it's the ref, he is an absolute ass

I agree, IJL has had far too many shockers but whenever we see a foreigner come over and get stopped prematurely we hear Sky bang on about what a hard job a referee has, make excuses and normally finish off by saying something along the lines of "better safe than sorry".

All that said i do agree IJL is awful.
