After all, Ali was past his peak for that fight and when Ali was 36 years old he lost his title to a 6-0-1 Leon Spinks ( if you break down Spinks' record it is even less impressive ) while at 36 years of age Wladimir Klitschko defended his title successfully against David Haye who is far superior to Spinks. Povetkin finished on his feet vs Klitschko while Foreman finished on the canvas vs Ali.
