I'll be honest, I missed a bunch of that fight and only tuned in near the end, so I can't say how Gray called most of it - but that was a frightful headbutt and Ormond was clearly acting on his frustration....

Flanagan was allowed to hold the whole fite and not once was warned about it... fcuking ****whole of a situation...us irish never get a fair deal in Britain.... its time we got a decent irish promoter with tv backing that will give our boxers the chances they deserve.... insead of always being up against it on british soil:good

The thing that is most annoying is that he's fcuking wrong  He claims we have no impact on boxing, as in not a single world level fighter but yet he accepts that we have two world champions. Trolling is only good and effective when it has quite a bit of truth to it, his doesnt.

Why the hell is there so many d!ckheads always coming into this thread and giving us shtick anyways, just let us post in peace mofos:good

Would it be harsh to question Collins ability as a trainer?

Brother Steve was trying to teach Luke Keeler basic stuff from page 1 of the "boxing manual" between rounds in prizefighter as if he was dealing with a 12 year old who had never boxed before. Luke himself certainly boxed like he was very poorly schooled ( or else has almost no natural talent for the sport).....

    Ormond seemed lacking too.

I like Steve in the corner last night for Luke told him what he needed to hear. I dont know if Luke busted his hand in the first fight or not maybe we might hear from him. Its prizefighter you get some surprising results. I think with Luke there is still plenty of good fights in him and I hope that from going on Prizefighter he gets more and more fights and stays active. Who knows the next time Matchroom are over doing a show all the lads will get a look in again who knows maybe after last night Ormond might be away from Warrren.

Just to be clear.. I meant Paschal COLLINS. Steve did not look like a happy camper in that corner at all. The way he was at pains to emphasise that Luke was his brothers fighter was done in a manner like him saying..."he's not MY boxer..no boxer of MINE would be this badly schooled..." Luke didn't seem to have a clue at times. All that dancing and waving his hands in the air stuff, like he was trying to imitate Spike from the Fitz fight...yeah .but stablemate Spike is experienced and he followed through with punches and won his fight!!

Stop moaning about the Brits, Fra. They're generally very fair IMO.
If you want to see an Irish guy "up against it on foreign soil", wait till you see Andy Lee get shafted against Quillin!

your full of mad dogs s.h.i.t.e..... luke did ok last night.... nothing to be ashamed about.... plenty of positives and some negatives [that he can work on]...
flanagan was allowed to hold continuously without any warning... the ref was a p.r.i.c.k.... and ormond got frustrated.. he should have left the ring after the disqualification instead of trying to make amends with his opponent...he made himself look like the villain of the piece ... when it was the refs incompetent or some might say biased handling of the fight which caused the disqualification :verysad:good

Had me doubts about him in PrizeFighter. He's a Boxer-Puncher with a low work rate. Never thought 3 rounds would be enough for him. But as fra said a few posts back, if the Doran fight was a 6 rounder he would of done him. He was only getting into a rhythm in the third.

Whilst I don't disagree about a diffrent outcome over the longer distance the quality last night was poor,a decent prospect (which is what luke is touted as) should have beaten those lads regardless of distance,
Holding the hand in the air wasn't helping, couldn't see the point of it,if anything it will turn judges against you,

Not so fast there Mac. That's one way of looking at it, yes. But as for the "as Fra said" bit about him beating Doran if it was a 6-rounder? I'm not so sure.
Remember the FORMAT here. ( which Fra mentioned too, by the way) This is prizefighter, not "normal boxing".
Doran, a very nice tidy boxer, had won the first 2 against Luke. He didn't need the 3rd. You dig? :admin
