If that were true, Lewis would have rematched him, instead of being forced into retirement. The world wanted to see it, but was denied because his mom wanted him to retire:patsch

Edit: Dude stop editing your post after I've already replied to it.

Outside of Haye (Wladimir's best opponent) and Maybe peter, none of those guys would have made the top 20 ranking in the 90's.

Wach? Dude don't get me started with that big oaf.

Rematch what? Didn't Lewis beat Vitali. Lewis only rematched guys that beat him.

I edited my post but I doubt it was after you replied.

Don't get me started on Lewis' best win, because it's Golota.

    That's right......Golota.

The 90's weren't as great as you make them out to be I actually remember them quite vividly, remember I'm 12 years older than you.

I know but I've been watching the sport all my life. There are tapes available and historians to help us gauge were fighter stood at different point in their career.

Vitali got a 2 weeks notice.
    Tyson was shot to hell
Holyfield fights were 1:1, but I will give you that.

I agree that the guys today seems like punching bags, but the names on Lewis's resume often come with an asterix.

Historians? You mean like the ESPN special that proclaimed that there was something special about a straight right hand delivered by a man with substance abuse issues?

    sorry. I'm starting to be a ****.
    Goodnight all.

Now you're acting like one of these childish pac****s. Why get personal with Lewis, its not like you know him personally. By the way Lennox was dipping his mushroom tip inside the sugarwalls of Miss Jamaica by the name of Violet chang. A very beautiful and soulful sista I might add. If you know what I mean.:hey

Wlad had the chance to challenge Lewis after Lennox TKO'd Vitali. After all Vitali challenged the guy that KO'd Wlad.
But Wlad decided discretion was the better part of valor & went into hiding. He wanted no part of Lennox
ROFL at your claim Wlad fights the toughest possible challengers

They were all okay but they were all losing to each other left and right there was no dominant champion throughout the decade, they were all flawed. Wlad is so dominant the only way people can explain it is that this must be **** era, but we don't know for sure, there' no real way to measure it, but 12 of Wlad's opponents were undefeated and 11 only had 1 loss, which is a hell of a lot better than the win loss ratios for most of the guys in the 90's opponents.
