im curious, do you really think both are clean? Late 30s, with well millions or close to hundred million at stake, in this case. You seem knowledgeable in sports and the business side, so I'm curious on your opinion.

Nobody can handle the speed, power and explosivness of Khan. Certainly not Mayweather, only Danny Garcia and Bredis Prescott do that.

We're all being played. Floyd comes out with "Hopefully we can make the fight happen"...Why is everything so vague, staged like that silly interview? He backed himself into a corner and is now tweaking his alibis. Simple.

So given that Mayweather shut out Marquez, who gave Pac 4 tough fights, what do you think?

    Bull****.

People don't understand boxing on this site.

Mayweather cannot handle Pacquaio's speed, angles and explosiveness.

Pacquaio is going to counter Mayweather easily and pick him apart. Even Guerrero, who literally could NOT DO A SINGLE PULL UP, indicating he had no explosiveness, was able to land on Mayweather way more easily than he should have given his overall lack of speed and ability. (No I am not lying. Watch his crossfit video)

Everyone thinks it's Mayweather that's going to pick Pacquaio apart are going to be shocked when and IF (and that's a big IF) the fight happens, and they see how easily Pacquaio will get to Mayweather.

The fight will play out like a usual Mayweather vs southpaw opponent. First, Mayweather is going to come out jabbing, which Pacquaio will counter with or a double jab straight left.

Then, Mayweather is going to try to throw his lunging right hands, and this will be the beautiful part. Pacquaio is going to counter his ass so hard when he lunges in, that Mayweather is going to get his ass knocked on the floor.

After that, Mayweather is going to grow some *****, and perhaps get floored again or go fully defensive, only encroaching Pacquaio with a high guard that Pacquaio will often split with a straight left.

Then when Mayweather gets caught against the ropes, Pacquaio will jump around Mayweather and make Mayweather look like he has cement shoes.

The normal maneuvers that Mayweather uses against his typical opponents won't work with this short southpaw, who will land combination after brutal combination.

    Mayweather KNOWS this.

Why do you think he hasn't agreed to the fight???

Afterall, this is just Manny Pacquaio, the same guy that "lost" against Bradley and got knocked out against Marquez.

    What's Mayweather's hold up? He doesn't want $120 million???

If it's not signed by the end of February, you can forget about it happening in May.

Floyd would have beat Algieri in floyds pro debut.

Keep on fooling yourselves if you believe pacqiauo has a chance of beating Floyd because he beat.....Chris Algieri.

comparing Algieri to Floyd is like comparing Tyrell Biggs to Muhammad Ali.

It has nothing to do with it. Unfortunately this fight didn't happen, but Jack Johnson described it perfectly when he talked about styles making fights.

If there is any particular fighter that Pacquaio reminds me of, it's Jack Dempsey.

And if there is any particular fighter that Tunney resembles, it's Marquez's combination throwing, constantly rotating style.

On the same token, a guy named Wills uses a tall, long, defensive, relatively low output style, similarly to Mayweather.

Johnson said that Wills would outbox Tunney without too much difficulty.

On the other hand, Johnson said that despite Tunney seeming to have Dempsey's number, (although they were close fights), Dempsey would KO Wills.

    It's styles that make fights.

Like Dempsey, Pacquaio too is an explosive, volume punching, super fighter.
