I think so also, but it should be much closer than the Stevens match as Lemieux I feel has more agility and goes for the body well.

Lemieux just comes foward there to be hit, Rosado kept popping his head, if he actually took the time to hit instead of trying to defend and fight off the back foot he could've won. There was plenty of moments in the fights where Lemieux seemed hesitant to go in due to the punches rosades delivered.

If Lemieux can land his punches he will knock N/Dam out, but has he improved since the last time I saw him fight? That is the question for me. Whatever, should be a good fight. Golovkin would knock them both out.

What I noticed was Lemieux varying his attack on Rosado and N'Dam was very impressive against Stevens. Who you got on Rosado/Stevens?

Stevens threw that fight away by basically being the worst at cutting the ring off in many a year. I'd swear one of Stevens feet was nailed to the centre of the ring and all he did was pivot around all night whilst N'dam picked him off with jabs.

lemieux by ko, or n'dam by decicion....never seen him ko, but i think it s possible with someone like lemieux...but i also think it could end up like lemieux vs alcine...but ndam better than alcine....

i think it depends what kind of mentality they have going into the fight and the game plan....

If this fight took place in 2013 I'd have favored N'Dam too, but now I think Lemieux catches him once too often and stops him after about 7 or 8 rounds.

He did better against both Guerrero (who's very overrated I know) and Rosado as Quillin did, and I expect him to do better against N'Dam too. The days of the Rubio and Alcine fight seem to be behind him now.

bjs would school them both on the same night.

n'dam is not slick. Billy joe saunders is what you call slick, the best pure boxer in the 160lb division.

I know you're looking for an reaction on spouting that bull, but your bj man treated it like a divine gift from the boxing gods to sign away his right to face Lee for the WBO belt. He probably wondered why he had to sign his deal with the Haymon with his own blood.

Yes. And if Quillin wins he will never ever win the fight wich takes place on US soil. He sold his chance to become champion by beating Lee, and now has to hope Lee knocks Quillin out.

N'Dam is nothing special in the slickness department Quillin hit him plenty obviously and if Quillin can hit him clean enough to drop him 6 times Lemieux will hit him enough to drop him, and judging by PQ and DL's destructions of the same opposition N'Dam may not make the 10 count if David drops him.

I wonder about that. When calling the NDam-Stevens fight, I was thinking along similar lines. I did not factor NDams excuse of jaw infection/surgery at all.

Stevens did catch him some though, and though he admit he was hurt after the fight he took it well.

I do not know, but have to at least admit the possibility that NDam was in fact physically compromised for the Quillin fight. He might not fall over for DL as easy as some are expecting. He did have enough pop and accuracy to send Stevens to the canvas, and while Stevens is certainly no Froch in the jaw dept I am not so sure DL is either.

On the other hand, DL is certainly a more effective aggressor than Stevens. Stevens is actually much more of a negative fighter who depends too much on the catch and counter, and slip and hook. Which makes him a dangerous fight for the Golovkins and Lemieuxs (relatively speaking) but puts him at a big disadvantage vs guys who fight long and mobile.

DL should be able to put a lot more pressure on NDam,if he is able to be effective with it and hit his body hard he will slow Ndam down and his head will open up.

Fun fight to think about really.
