    Floyd, obviously.

His undefeated record and monster paydays mean nothing due to him not taking on his nearest rival of the past half-decade.

I'm honestly at theming wher I don't even care who wins, or even the results.... It's like a really bad movie where you are just watching to see the end, even though it's not a good movie.

I'm sure this feeling will change later, but damn I would think we are all weary of this.

Making 1000 excuses to to fight your penultimate rival and delaying the fight after 6 years = Floyd is TBL.

if Mayweather dont take this fight his legacy will take a huge hit
If he did take the fight and lost his legacy is tarnished a little bit
if he did take this fight and won and i believe he will win, he can claim he is the best figther of this generation no onecan argue with that but top 10 we can argue but i dont rate him that high though

    As for pac
If pac didnt fight mayweather his legacy will be ok,public opinion see mayweather at fault
If pac fight mayweather and lose he is defeated before nothing will change
If pac fight mayweather and won he is the best fighter of this generation and same as mayweather i dont see him as top 10

what is stalling the fight is the result of the drug test and not the $5m penalty. if floyd fails the drug test his entire career will go to waste plus a possible humiliating defeat so my guess is this fight will never happen. this is what pac is probably smiling about- the man accusing him of using peds and pretending to clean up the sport will be caught peds. karma is a *****! floyd will finding a way to save himself.

Legacywise...Mayweather for sure. Simply because this is no less a duck than Bowe throwing his belt in the trash or Superhoe switching network hiding from KOvalev.

Every other way though....Pacs the biggest loser. $$$ wise. Wins wise....A win over May would get him equal money in a rematch. A narrow loss in a rematch would get him a trilogy.

Pac could really use a 1/4 billion in the next 18 months.:think

To my understanding, this has already been agreed.

Good the more testing and penalties the better.

He did ask for additional testing against Rios, the first fight where he's going against Ariza. Which was very unusual for Pacquiao to ask for, especially considering his history. Now that he could be going up against Ariza again, he's requesting an additional stipulation. I don't think Pac's camp trusts Ariza, why do you think that is?

pac wanted usada and vada testing but floyd refused and wanted only usada testing for this fight hmmm

I find it weird floyd wouldnt want both usada and vada testing maybe because he has usada in his pocket?

I'm confident that if Pac still had a problem with testing, you would too, and you'd be singing a different tune. Did you think the OSDT in 2009 was a waste of time and attempt to duck?

    Source?

Pac never had a problem with testing he had a problem with testing on the day of the fight. And I agree with him why take blood from fighters just before the fight. They can do it right after the fight I got np with that. As long they actually test.

I do however find it strange that Mayweather didn't demand VADA testing.

floyd should of accepted both usada and vada testing why does he only want usada?
