Well, Mayweather stayed in the pocket for the first half of the fight because he told Guerrero he would. He did, and he was still winning. That's why Guerrero was able to hit him, because Mayweather was fighting toe-to-toe. Then, half-way through, I guess Mayweather didn't want to be hit anymore, so he started boxing him and avoiding his punches... Guerrero couldn't touch him after that. Didn't matter. Mayweather won the fight before he even did that.

 

He wasn't even getting touched that much when he was in the pocket. But good assessment.
