They never found out what Hughie's illness was, but he did take some ovex tablets a few weeks ago.

Let's see how he does now he's back.
He's a good technical boxer for his size, but like said he hasn't shown much in the power department.

I would have to reevaluate his worth after the Rudenko fight, but if he's on the same level he was prior to his illness in 2013 I actually expect him to lose. Dangerous fight for him after the layoff and a huge step up overall.

I fancy the 6'6 hughie to box the head off rudenko. Rudenko gave brown trouble but Browne isn't in hughies class when it comes to boxing ability.

Browne isn't in anybody's class, when it comes to boxing ability. Probably the crudest slugger actually around. And he can't even use his only asset, power. He can't hit anything, he's sloppy as all hell. I don't know why he's rated so high, but any top 10 would look like a skilled master against him.

Folk wetting themselves with excitement about younger Fury need to wait and see what happens when he takes one on whiskers from a decent fighter. Look what happened to David Price. Everyone thought he was the business before Thompson.

David price had lots of red flags though from the amateurs.

Helenius is a beast. Sauerland and I think some illness messed him up.

Yeah, easy to forget Helenius due to inactivity. But other than him and Hughie i have also seen Tyson Fury dig the body pretty good.

Rudenko is a very good opponent for Hughie at this stage, look how long it took Wilder to face someone even half as good.

:deal He will reach the peaks of the hw division, he is more grounded than fury and a smoother boxer. He just needs to add the power.

I'm really impressed with this kid he fights like a white Larry Holmes. Beautiful jab and sets up his powershots nicely. He's gonna get real far and no doubt future champ once Wlad is retired.
