I think you are far too stupid to understand a direct quote from your hero. So come on then sh*t for brains, which is he, a liar, or a fvcking idiot? Because he didn't whoop Joe's ass.

Joe on the other hand said Jones was fvcking useless then went on to prove EXACTLY that in front of the boxing world.:rofl:rofl:rofl

Get yourself a new shovel, because the way you keep digging that one is soon going to wear out.

I don't care less what you " think " it is. Suffice to say it was a banned substance in Indiana ( at least ) Jones was tested, and failed.

I suspect that is beyond the comprehension of someone as dim as you.

For your information 2 further tests were " submitted " BEFORE his next 2 fights. This was an agreement between Jones, and the Indiana SAC.

No Toney was not the same in the Jones fight or afterwards that's why he changed his management and trainer because he did to want to listen them actually trying to get him to train. After the Griffin fight he fought 8 BUMS then he fought Griffin again and lost then 2 fights later lost to Thadzi who had 8 losses. If you think the Toney was the same your wrong sorry he just had better fundamentals than Roy but was shot physically as for Roy all he had was his physical prowess. Yea because Jirov was such a great fighter right......

    bailey,

Joe deserves all the credit in the world for his performance against Lacy. He was under immense pressure to prove himself as an elite fighter to the U.S. fans and media. It was a fantastic win. But let's be honest here, Lacy was unproven. He'd never fought anyone on Joe's level, and the only reason he was the favourite, was because of his knockouts, and the fact that Joe was still an unknown quantity stateside. I believe that Lacy's limitations would have been exposed as soon as he'd have stepped up and fought a great boxer with speed and skills.

Yes, I don't believe that Joe's defence/reflexes were really any better when he was younger.

I think that Roy could have caught him with a right hand like he threw in 2008, against any version of him.

Had he continued to lose I would agree with you but did he not have success at higher weights ?Jones was getting knocked about guys he would have blown out the water in his prime ..Thats the diffrence yes Toney was more fundamentally sound but his weight issues have always been there ..Just look up quotes from Roach his issues were discipline not some thyroid problem

Toney had better boxing fundamentals than Roy that let him be competitive against some good but not great fighters as for a Jones he was all physicality but yea when that slowed down he didn't have the fundamentals like Toney. They are both disappointing Toney more so because if he had just kept in shape who knows where he could of been.

After losing his belt to Jones he moved in weight and beat Jirov for the Ibf title and actually beat Ruiz for the Wba .Also beat beat Holyfield as well ..

Losing over 40 pounds for a fight in 6 weeks does not equal a prime Toney. Toney was going through the motions against Roy he wasn't the same and was up almost all night on an IV the night before. To say he was prime and Roy wasn't because he got ktfo when Roy had a longer time to lose the weight is purely biased.
