I don't think they hire at all. Think they just publish submitted articles and that anyone can do it.

When could they have fought in 2008 or 2009?

That window never existed. March 2010 was the earliest the fight would have made sense. The fight wasn't seriously considered by anyone in 2008, and it wasn't until after Pac beat Cotto in November 2009 that the demand for the fight first started coming into its own.

Yes, both camps are scum, and I hope the fight tanks terribly if it does happen. But it's still by far the biggest fight in boxing today, and the biggest fight in boxing in quite some time.

Lance has never steered us wrong so far in negotiations. He's been the most reliable reporter in negotiations so far. More so than Dan Rafael or Kevin Iole, lol like 5x more.

The biased article left out the part where Roach said it will come back against Mayweather.

I don't think it has anything to do with dropping testosterone. I think it mostly has to do with competition. When was Pacquiao the baddest and meanest? When he was the underdog and was in a position where he had to prove himself. Cotto, Margarito, ODLH, Hatton, so on so forth. Even Marquez 4...especially Marquez 4. To the point where people said he was too aggressive.

Now, he's faced Rios who he'd knew he would outbox easy. Not a challenge. Timothy Bradley, who'd he already schooled once and was no different second time. Then Chris Algieri, who was just not close to being on his level. Not meaning they were **** opponents, because Bradley was #3 P4P, it's just... they didn't stand a chance and Pac knew that.

Who plays Mario Kart? Imagine being the best Mario Kart player in the world. For a while you're playing against other greats players, and that of course drives your competitive spirit up. I play best when I'm playing against the best. So, my brother. He's like way better than me, but he and I both get sooooo competitive. More-so, then if I play my friend who absolutely sucks. Now...imagine suddenly you're playing against 8 year olds. They have no chance in beating you, and you know it. Do you go b**** to the wall like you did when you had real competition? No!!! You coast. That motivation to absolutely destroy and win isn't there because the competition isn't. You and everyone else already knows you're going to win. Pacquiao even said he felt pity on Algieri in the ring because Pac knew Algieri didn't belong in there with him. He felt like he was such embarrassing the kid. If I was playing mario kart against a little 8 year old boy and was just destroying him to the point where it was embarrassing, I'd feel bad too.

I think it's similar with Pacquiao. He's lacking a competitive opponent. The most aggressive we've seen him be is when a fight is competitive or he was having to prove himself i.e. Marquez 1-4, Morales 1, ODLH, Cotto, etc. He hasn't had that opponent since Marquez. And even against Clottey and Mosley, people were questioning if Pac was losing it because he didn't appear to have a high killer instinct, and his feisty, ultra-aggressive self... when really it was because he and everyone knew those opponents didn't stand a chance unlike a guy like Cotto or Margarito.

All in all, I think someone will be their best when they're going against the best. Same with Pacquiao or any fighter... he fights best when he's going against the best. I truly believe both Mayweather and Pacquiao will be the most competitive, fiery selves you'll ever see because that is the epitome of their competition.

If there was ever a fight where he'll have his "killer instinct" it'll be against the best boxer in the world. He's already telling interviewers he wants to knock Mayweather out and feel his punches. It has nothing to do with testosterone and all about the competition.
