If he has taken a fight at the MGM on Mayweather's terms then he will realise that he has to stop him to win, at the very least score a kd or two. If Pacquiao can't do that then he isn't the boxer I think he is and I'll have been proven wrong.

To be honest I just want to see Mayweather suffer a bit and earn his money! Pacquiao will give him the fight of his life, I'm utterly convinced of that.

Told on good authority that @FloydMayweather @MannyPacquiao agreement is a one-fight deal, no rematch clause. All waiting now...

For once Pac will be fighting someone who's better than him.:hi: Good defense shuts down good offense. PBf is all wrong for Pac who doesn't have the skills in order to beat him mainly length a good jab who can fight on the inside and be physical. I can't wait for this fight it will be a day of reckoning for Pac****s and PBF haters and I'll be here just like I am after every PBF fight to remind you of it.:hi::deal

Pacquiao hasn't been really challenged or struggled since Marquez 4. Mayweather was last challenged, struggled against Maidana 1? Regardless, I still think both are fresh. Call me crazy, but I don't think they are that much past their primes either.

good defense doesn't beat good offense every day, it depends. Plus, Pacquiao has good defense too. If you ****yze Pacquiao's fights, he rarely gets hit. How many times did Hatton hit him? Cotto? Oscar? Bradley? Algieri? Pacquaio is constantly evading punches with his sperb footwork and head movements. The only guy that has been successful hitting him lately is JMM.

As far as Floyd is concerned, he also has offense. This is an offensive fighter with good defense against a defensive fighter with good offense here, it's complicated and will come down to style matchup.

    learn boxing, then talk.

Pacquio rarely gets hit, go watch his fights against Cotto, Oscar, Clottey, Mosely, Bradley, Algieri... those guys connected a handful of good punches on Manny. As i said, JMM is the only one that has figured him out but everyone has their 1 fighter who causes him problems. Also, the KOs you are talking about were KOs a long time ago, they don't count cause Manny became much better in past 10 years or so.

Now, let's talk about Floyd cause there is a misconception that he doesn't get hit. Mosely caught him with two thunderous punches when they met; Mosely NEVER caught Pacqiao with the type of punches he caught Mayweather with. To his credit, Mayweather took them which shows he has a good chin. His knees buckled, but that was it. Maidana also caught Floyd with a few good punches, one which seemed to hurt Floyd right at the bell in 2nd fight. Let's not forget Castillo, who outlander Floyd 173-66! in power punches during their first fight, which many felt Castillo won. So where was Floyd's defense when he allowed Castillo to outland him by 107 power punches?

So... case in point - Manny has good defense and Floyd gets hit more often than people think. To add, Floyd has a good chin and good offense himself. This is not as black and white as defense vs offense, much more complicated.

Faded but not by much, I agree. Although I will say their opponents have been making them look a little old lately. Only a little.
And Pacquiao has never faced anyone as good as Floyd.
    Well said.
