Nah man. I like GGG a lot, but he can make improvements defensively. Even Chavez Sr. had a very underrated defense. GGG could step back more often and take different angles. He doesn't have to be right in the line of fire.
They interviewed Murray as well, and that wasn't much better. Someone know what kinda accent does Martin has?
As I suspected, he sometimes chooses to leave himself open/take calculated risks in order to get his opponents to open up. It's quite obvious when you watch him, he sometimes isn't even trying to avoid some punches because he knows doesn't need to. He rarely seems to get hit with a big shot and hurt, I don't think this is a coincidence, he knows what he's doing in there.
'I'm open I need fight' Gotta love GGG, when cotto was brought up I love how they laughed knowing full well that Miguel wants no part of that
This. Good luck trying to convince his detractors here. Well actually they know. They're just in denial of Golovkin's boxing IQ

The broken english just makes it even more sweeter. Fights and talks like a modern day Ivan Drago
Murray is not a big puncher, but I think had he pushed GGG back more, it would have been a closer fight. GGG didnt seem to have the same impact in close or going backwards.
He obviously was putting a carrot in front of Murray, so that he would come out of his shell. He never got hurt or lost a round doing it, so before you say, 'if Murray had power' please understand that boxers adjust their defense, so Lemeiuex wouldn't be given the same opportunities as a light puncher.
