GGG is better at 33 than Clazaghe was. But he has a bunch of guys that are sub Jeff-Lacy level. No one on the level of hopkins or kessler....

But Calzaghe didn't face his best competition until 2006. Then he was about 34.

There is litterally no reason for this thread to exist other Herol's irrational obsessional hatred of Calzaghe.

come on, this good advertising for joe.

Though to be fair, I think GGG is ahead, with a top three title, and 2 world class opponents compared to joes 1.

Joe was ahead. In between the no names joe fought solid ones like Reid, Embark, Woodhall, Brewer, Mitchell. Martin Murray is a solid fighter but Is he better than a prime robin Reid? Meh
... Similar id pick Reid though.

yep calzghe had 8 years to build up his resume compared to GGG having half that time. and still GGG is considered ahead of joe at 33.

and GGG isn't even all that yet.

Despite some sketchy guys on his resume, Calzaghe also had some solid, guys on his resume as well. By the time be was 30 he already had Eubank, Robin Reid, Charles Brewer and Byron Mitchell on his resume.
