The Sosa and Mc Callum III fights were dominating performances by Toney.Hard to believe that you even watched those fights.

Aside from the Roy Jones fight I don't feel Toney should've actually lost any fights till his second fight with Peter. I thought he should've got the win in the Sanderline Williams draw at least it looked like he deserved it from the footage available I also thought he beat McCallum in there first fight. The Tiberi fight though Toney clearly wasn't ready to fight that night I still think he defended well enough and fought enough in spirts to win more rounds. Alex Wallou was terrible in that fight, Tiberi did a lot better then he should've done and out worked Toney he still didn't get too Toney much at all. My opinion on the Thadzi fight is similar I thought Toney did just enough to win by a round or two or get a draw. In fact the two fights I feel Toney was closest to losing was his fight against Reggie Johnson and Hasim Rahman. I thought his fight with Johnson could've been scored either way by a point or a draw and my opinion pretty much the same on his fight with Rahman. I thought Toney deserved the win in the first Peter fight by a point or two. The Montell Griffin fights as far as I'm concerned Toney won. The first fight I didn't think was close at all I thought Toney completely carried the fight and deserved the decision by a few points. The second fight I thought Toney out boxed Griffin but he was a little to relaxed which allowed Griffin to flurry and steal a few rounds but still I've always seen it as a close but fairly clear win for Toney.

I should bleeding well hope he dominated the 3 rd fight, Mike was 40 by then.

How he got away with the Tiberi fight though was scandalous, particularly as it transpired 2 of the judges weren't even licensed to judge in New Jersey.

It's a bit confusing to see someone tell me how I saw the fight.

Toney's problem in a lot of fights is he wasn't busy. His fights were hard to score because he would often land more quality punches in a round, but his oppeont would be busier. This hurt him in the McCallum draw and other fights. He didn't waste punches and was precise, but many judges are impressed by punches THROWN regardless of connect percentages. Many people thought Tiberi should have gotten the decision against him because he was so much busier. Fortunately, the judges got that one right becaused Toney landed far more quality punches.

Thing is Johnson and mccallum both landed more than body jabs.
