I so Glad Khan won't get his Payday

You say he is not reckless, but Diaz landed on khan, a washed up collazo landed flush on his chin and so did devon a couple of times throughout the fight.

So if he thought danny again, he'd land his trademark left hook eventually and I don't think khan no matter how more defensive astute he is would be able to cope.

Like I keep saying, timing negates speed and no matter how many times khan fanboys want to talk about lucky punches, him being careless, green etc, garcia bases his whole game around timing, skill and counters and I'd wager he'd destroy khan even more convincingly than the first time.

You think khan is the only fighter to have improved? Garcia had only 23 pro fights when he first fought khan and was only 23 when he put him down like a dog.

He's now got far more experience, been in the ring with the likes of Matthysse who everyone thought was a killer.

In fact why doesn't khan fight Mattysee? Because he knows he'd get his head knocked off.

Khan was in transition during his first 2 fights with his new trainer and Virgil did say it would take 3-4 fights to truely show what he's learned. You can clearly tell Khan wasn't comfortable with the style and he was switching between what he had learnt to going back to Roachs way of fighting. When I mean reckless I mean Khan having an absolute brain fart during the 10th round vs Diaz where he got clipped then he started throwing back with 0 defence instead of recouping. You want Khan to avoid every shot vs Collazo and Alexander? He wasn't hurt any points during those fights and he hardly took any punishment at all, or became reckless like he did vs Garcia and Diaz.

I doubt Danny would land his trademark Left because Khan wouldn't stay in pocket for one, second he wouldn't throw a right uppercut leaving his chin totally exposed. What he'd do instead is throw simple one-twos from range like he was doing during the first two rounds and get out and win a UD. He had no discipline or a gameplan when he was with Roach, but with Hunter he does and it has showed during the last two fights where he truly accustomed to his new style.

Actually Garcia has gone backwards, he got beat up late on in the fight vs Judah, clearly lost to Herrera and then took that horrible utter mismatch against an unranked lightweight Salka. Now he's fighting at a catchweight against Peterson which is another farce.

So why do you think that those terrorist never poisoned your curry?

 

Khan needs to face a top puncher before im convinced he has got better. Most all the top ww can punch outside of bradley and fmj. Thats why khan will face imo bradley next and then for a title he will have to fight a puncher unless a light hitter has a title

 

Mayweather would clean Khan's clock big style. It would not even last the full 12. Mayweather is finally fighting the fight everyone has wanted for the last 4 years, for that we should all be grateful. It will be far more competitive than Khan with his glass jaw, hung out to dry, getting KTFO inside 8 rounds.

 

I honestly dont think khans improved that much since he's joined hunter, Understand i m in the minority here. But khans a great fighter with big vulneribilities. Always has been and always will be. He looked very good against alexander but he also looked superb against judah, mallinaggi, beat maidana etc and was boxing garcias head off up until a point under roach.

When the wrong opponent goes infront of khan the vulnerabilities will come out again. Always gonna be styles with khan. Not always gonna be necessarily a big puncher but a big puncher who can time his shots or a great pressure fighter that will take him. But khan needs to take some tough fights now. Loads of fights there...needs to go out and prove himself not against collazo or alexander but against maidana/garcia/mattyhse/provoniski/bradley/marquez/brook/thurman even guerrerro. Needs two wins out of that before he even thinks about winning a fight against pacman or mayweather. Then he can be shouting constantly about a floyd fight or talking the way he does. Alexander was never great anyway or hasnt been for a long time. What i dont understand is hes confident he will beat both pacman and mayweather...if thats the case he should be confident of beating anyone on that list


Wish people around them would have a word with some of these fighters when they become dilusional. Garcia put him away badly, going in garcia wasnt fancied at all. Comes back and struggles badly against diaz then beats collazo and tells everyone hes back and he deserves a mayweather fight. I dont need to downplay diaz/collazo because it was pretty clear to see even alexander. People will say guerrero ortiz etc werent deserving. But neither of them went about like khan constantly badgering a mayweather fight. Avoiding fights incase the fight came up etc. Khan would beat names on that list...he needs to go out there and actually do it. And give everyone peace until he does.

 

Khan's a ****ing fraud. Since moving to WW he has cherry picked Collazo and a complete non-puncher in Alexander.

He knows deep down Brook destroys him, otherwise he'd take the millions on offer as well as a world title and step into the ring and face Kell.

Simple as that.

 

He is fun to watch but will be steered away from punchers till he has no choice ie. for a title
