Does Khan give himself enough credit for his win over Alexander ?

Lol he's trying to use that victory in every sense to get the fight.....too bad that victory ain't worth too much if we're being honest.

He is using that victory to say he is elite and in the running for a Mayweather fight when that victory just isn't good enough. He picked Alexander because he knew he would be physically at an advantage especially since Alexander has no pop he would be able to do what he wanted with him. He should of have fought Brook to make a statement but didn't hell he didn't even fight Porter because he probably gets ktfo in that fight too. Now he most likely has to fight again and watch for him to pick a technical boxer with no pop who isn't number 1 out of any of the sanctioning bodies.

 

He has 2 good wins not great in a row and made it look easy. He needs to fight one of the guys 3-5 Marquez, Bradley, brook and look good in victory. Then he can claim to be the next opponent for Pac or Mayweather in the elite class.

My problem not so much with khan but AL Haymon his advisor. What he actually doing for khan's career. It his job to secure the big fights for his client.

Khan wants to fight in May less than 9 weeks away, still no top opponent, venue or date.

 

Brook has a far better win at 147 than Khan has managed. Actually beating Porter prob tops any of Khan's wins.

Khan don't want it with Kell. That we all know. The risk to his career would be too great.

 

Its a very solid win .

Alexander is a respectable WW who was never an easy fight for any man and never been dominated .

Even Matthysee , who everyone says clearly beat Devon and was robbed .

I still felt Lucas slightly struggled against Devon .

Khan is the only man that completely shut him out 12-0 .

I didn't even expect that to happen , I believed in Khan , but even I felt fighting Alexander is way too risky and thought the fight would be way too close to call .

Khan easily proved me wrong that night.

He won my respect .

if he fights thurman they will say thurman was overrated anyway

if he fights bradely, they will say no power

a rematch with maidana does nothing for him so who do you want him to fight?

instead of facing Alexander. Why didn't he just opt to fight the guy who beat him?

or go a bit further up the food chain.and fight the guy who beat him and took his belt in Kell Brook?

khan is ducking kell brook because that fight wont get him the mayweather fight. also the fight against brook wont happen until December even if it did this year

why would he fight porter who is coming of a loss to porter? alexander had an impressive win over karass at least
