the 1st offer came with a charge that since pac had his blood drawn 14 days before the hatton fight, schaeffer or binkow offered the 14 days. problem was, pac didn't have his blood drawn 14 days before the fight, therefore rejecting the charge along with the offer. as you also said, it wasn't floyd that offered the 14 days. when ellerbe learned of the press release offer he took it back. offer didn't even last a week.

...and the 2nd 14 day offer wasn't offered in the mediation. if floyd wanted to offer the 14, days seriously, he would have countered pac's move from 30 t0 24 during mediation.
