Victor Conte suspicious of Floyd tapering off on PEDs

However, I find it funny that Conte is seen as a lying rat SOB unworthy of the time of day when he says that Pacquiao is and has been an obvious PED-user for years but the moment he says something negative about Mayweather, he is a praise worthy scientist who speaks only gospel... Got to love it!

 

Could be but he didn't look like he was in shape at the Heat game or in his Shots pics. I would think if you were doing a cycle you would want to build muscle during the cycle, knowing your going to lose it after you get off the PEDs. I know that's how the football players do it. it may be different in boxing.

 

Conte has gone on record, in the past, about how he believes both Pac, Floyd, and Marquez are/were on PEDs.

I'm afraid that's just an American culture thing that embraces cheats, and thus believes the excuse 'everyone is at it'.

Here in Britain we despise them.

Hence, after the PED scandal in cycling and the playing field levels we win two consecutive tour de frances, never winning one before.

Also look at the Olympics-

In 96, we finished 36th where only 2 athletes in the whole competition was caught.
In 99 WADA took over the testing and caught many more cheats:
in 2000 & 2004 we finished 10th
From that point, they started keeping samples for 8 years and retesting them as testing methods improved:
In 2008 we finished 4th, in 2012 we finished 3rd.

I've noticed a direct correlation between when the playing field gets level and when we improve in certain sports :good

If Pacquiao is 5' 6", then Floyd is really 5' 10".

If Floyd is 5' 8", then Pac is really 5' 4".

Floyd will TOWER over Pac when they face off. 4 inch height advantage. MINIMUM.
