Khan would push to fight in June just before Ramadan, barring Kell wins his next fight in March without cuts..

 

Bit of a risk to fight Khan only 3 months after your last fight, especially after coming off a layoff/back from an injury. I'd fancy King Khan to win a UD I think.

 

God I hope Khan shuts that annoying *** up and retires him.

Brook has NOWHERE TO GO if Khan beats him. He'd be irrelevant, real quick too.

I said on here months ago for khan fans to tell me who he fights next as he wont get floyd. constantly told bigger names then brook.

weeks later and khan still has no fight announced. khan looks silly as he blatantly said he wouldnt fight brook an only wanted the big names.

I really hope the fight happens.

 

And he gets sparked bigtime, blatantly in the cash out phase of his career and knows he has no chance of ever getting floyd or manny so this is the next one for him

 

to be fair to khan, he had to wait to see if the mayweather pac happened because he was option b or c for both of them if the fight fell through . now that's not happening his best fight is brook or Bradley, Brook is the bigger money fight and has a belt and it sounds like negotiations are underway for it.

 

I will wait to here what khan has to say before getting my hopes up for this..Hearn is probably negotiating with himself as usual

 

I think Khan really only has 2 options Brook or Bradley.. with a outside chance of getting Cotto at 155lbs but I think that was a bit of promo from Khan..

Khan was meant to fly to U.S this week, looks like Hearn's got something here.. I hope so.. beating Brook would place Khan as No.1 choice for Floyd if he wins his next too..as Khan would be a champion at the weight too..

If Khan wins a title is in a packed football stadium it will put him in a better position for a superfight in thr us.

I'm not surprised talks are going smoothly.
Brook wanted that fight for a long time already, and for Khan it's the biggest fight and payday that's left.
The Pac vs Floyd fight happening removed a lot of fighters potential paydays and might remove 3 divisions from a partial standstill.

 

Good point. The problem with having superstars in the division is that it has a 'deadening effect' it has on all other activity in the division. Everyone wants to wait and see in case they land the big money fight with Floyd and Pac.

Great fight. Good for both Khan and Brook, as will be a real money spinner in the UK.

 

Yep. I will never believe that IF Kell actually defends against Dan in March,that he will fight again in June. Anything after takes us into Ramadan territory. Then you've got November/December. Too late IMO as its a football stadium,Summer fight this one. Fifty fifty. More likely June next year if Mayweather doesn't pick Amir as his next victim after Manny. Possible as he might bypass him and go for a bigger better opponent in what could be his last fight.
